Alex Maier
The Prescott Kiwanis Student of the Week is freshman Alex Maier, nominated by Prescott High School math teacher Bella Zimmer.
“Alex has been doing phenomenal work in math this year,” Zimmer said. “He always comes to class prepared and ready to learn. He has pushed his thinking above and beyond and is great explaining concepts to other students. It has been a joy working with and having Alex in class.”
Alex is the son of Paul Maier and Brianna Heschke. He is a member of the football team and enjoys farming. He hopes to pursue a career as a heavy equipment operator.
