Ethan West
The Prescott Kiwanis Student of the Week is freshman Ethan West, nominated by Prescott High School social studies teacher Jeff Ryan.
“Whether it was during first trimester Civics or currently in Geography, Ethan has done a tremendous job in class,” Ryan said. “Ethan participates extensively in class, asks good thought-provoking questions, listens actively and is very respectful. His performance on tests and daily work has continually been exemplary. It is a pleasure working with Ethan in the classroom.”
Ethan, an honor roll student, is the son of Marcus West and Paula West. This three-sport athlete (cross country, wrestling and track) enjoys skiing and snowmobiling and is a member of the Ski Club.
His future plans include going to college and into the medical field.
