Prescott High School senior Austin Fox is the Prescott Kiwanis Student of the Week. He was nominated by teacher Jordan Hansen.

“Austin is one of the best leaders in the school and has a tremendous work ethic in and outside of class,” Hansen said. “This week Austin helped younger freshmen athletes in the weight room. Austin showed multiple younger students how to do the lifts and exercises with proper technique. Austin acted like a teacher and gave them feedback after each rep. Austin was also the last student to leave the weight room and made sure it was just as clean as when he showed up. Austin’s leadership and willingness to help others is why he’s this week’s student of the week.”

Fox is the son of Jay and Jane Fox. The honor roll student has played baseball and football for Prescott School District. He enjoys playing sports, playing video games and lifting weights. Outside of school, he works at Lucille’s. He will attend UW-River Falls next fall to study data science and predictive analytics. He will also play football for the Falcons.
