Prescott High School senior Max Wazlawik is the Prescott Kiwanis Student of the Week. He was nominated by teacher Megan Hare.
“Max is an outstanding student and has the ability to brighten everyone’s day,” Hare said. “He works hard in all of his classes and is always striving to learn more. In addition, Max is able to overcome every situation with his strength and positive attitude. Max also loves helping others, which is shown by the multiple places he volunteers at in the Prescott community.”
Wazlawik is the son of Jenny and Jim Wazlawik. He enjoys volunteering at the Prescott Food Pantry, United Church of Christ, Joy Lutheran Church and the Prescott Public Library. He also likes music, movies, cars and being with family and friends.
