The following charges were filed in Pierce County Circuit Court.
Feb. 12 Richard E. Carr, 30, Eleva, was charged with felony counts of Burglary-Building or Dwelling and Take and Drive Vehicle without Consent. An initial appearance is April 19.
Joseph Frederick Schmidt, 23, Prescott, was charged with a felony count of Bail Jumping and Misdemeanor Count of Criminal Damage to Property and Disorderly Conduct. An initial appearance is March 8.
Eric Michael Newman, , 34, Preston, MN, was charged with one felony count of Possession of Methamphetamine and a misdemeanor count of Possession of THC. An initial appearance is March 8.
Shane Allen Goossens, 34, River Falls, was charged with Operating While Revoked. An initial appearance is April 5.
Nicole Ann Gans, 28, Ellsworth, was charged with Operating While Revoked. An initial appearance is March 22.
Feb. 16 Stephanee Jean Ward, 28, Ellsworth, was charged with two felony county of Neglecting a Child (Harm Did Not Occur and Child Under 6 years or Disability. An initial appearance will be March 1.
Alexander Vinton Fiji, 22, River Falls, was charged with Felony Bail Jumping. An initial court appearance is March 22.
Holly Amanda Johnson, 37, Mora, MN, was charged with felony Burglary-Building or Dwelling (Party to a Crime), and misdemeanor charges of Criminal Trespass to Dwelling, Resisting or Obstructing an Officer and disorderly conduct. An initial appearance is April 12.
Orrin James Horning, 36, Prescott, was charged with felony Burglary-Building or Dwelling (Party to a Crime) and misdemeanor Criminal Trespass to Dwelling, Resisting or Obstructing an Officer, Bail Jumping and Disorderly Conduct. An initial appearance was held Feb. 23.
Rafael Alvarado Javier, 50, River Falls, was charged with misdemeanor Operatoe without Valid License (3rdplus within 3 years).
Feb. 17 David Jospeh Andrle, 36, no known address, had an arrest warrant issued and was charged with felony Sex Registry Violation.
Andrew Paul Terrell, 42, Prescott, was charged with a felony county of Misappropriate ID Info-Obtain Money. An initial appearance will be held March 15.
Jessica Jill Frater, 34, Hager City, was charged with felony Possession of Methamphetamine and misdemeanor Possession of THC and Possess Drug Paraphernalia.
John A. Wilson, Elmwood, was charged with felony Child Abuse-Recklessly Cause Harm. An initial appearance will be held March 15.
Amanda Kristine Ziebarth, 31, River Falls, was charged with OWO (2nd), Operating with PAC (2nd) and Operating While Revoked. An initial appearance was set fro March 22.
Randall Jon Olson, 64, River Falls, was charged with Operating While Revoked. An initial appearance was set for April 26.
Crystal Alesha Allen, 25, River Falls, was charged with Operating While Revoked. Her initial appearance was set for April 26.
Feb. 19 Moses Lee Sheffel, 25, River Falls, was charged with felony Burglary-Building or Dwelling, and misdemeanor counts of Theft-Movable Property. An arrest warrant was issued.
Brita Jane Britt, 60, Ellsworth, was charged with felony Extradition-Arrest Prior to Requisition. At a hearing she stated her wishes to return to Minnesota.
Crystal L. Segelstrom, 36, Ellsworth was charged with two felony counts of Manufacture/Deliver Amphetamine and felony Bail Jumping. An initial appearance is April 5.
David Allen Bakken, 40, Ellsworth, was charged with felony Receiving Stolen Property (Party to a Crime). An initial appearance is April 19.
