New Grumpy Old Men Craig Miles (left) and Rick Bowen manned the flagpole in Veterans Park on Tuesday, Nov. 30 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. for the 31st annual Grumpy Old Men Food Drive. The pair is carrying on the tradition started by Jerry Carter and Mel Germanson, the original “grumps.” This year’s food drive (so far) netted 501 pounds of food and $9,205. To donate to the River Falls Area Community Food Pantry, visit their page on Facebook. They are also currently in need of Spaghetti-Os and chili.
