Third annual Empty Bowls event set for Oct. 23

RIVER FALLS – Join us at St Bridget's Catholic Church for Empty Bowls 2025, a "Souper" event where we come together to fight hunger in our community.

Join Our Neighbors' Place for its third annual Empty Bowls event to fund ONP's food insecurity programs: The Backpack Program and the Day Center. This heartwarming event is a chance to sample soups from many different local restaurants and vote for your favorite. Together we will enjoy delicious food and support those in need.
By purchasing an adult ticket you'll be able to choose a bowl to remind you of those experiencing hunger in our community and support Our Neighbors' Place, who helps those in need through the Backpack Program in the River Falls School District and The Day Center.
New this year! Bring a little cash with you to participate in the Bowlful of Blessings Raffle, available the day of the event for $20 for 5 raffle tickets or $5 for one. Once purchased, write your name and number on the ticket stub and drop into your choice of basket drop box. Stay to hear your name announced at 6:15 p.m.
Get your tickets in advance - through the Facebook event page or stop at the Day Center at 122 W. Johnson St.; adult tickets start at $25. Tickets at the door will be $35. On the evening of the event, please check in at the table in the lobby of St Bridget's, there you will receive a tray, information on the program for the evening and a soup voting form. The tray has plenty of room to collect one of each of the sample cups of soups, dessert and drinks. If an adult ticket was purchased, you will also receive a ticket to the bowl room.
Together, we can make a difference in our local community and feed the hungry. See you there!
