ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS 2022 ROAD PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE WORK Sealed bids will be received until 6:00 p.m. on June 3, 2022, at the Clifton Town Hall, located at the corner of County Road QQ and County Road FF, River Falls, Wisconsin. Bids may be mailed to Chairman, Leroy Peterson, 10604 County Road FF, River Falls, WI 54022-4848. No late bids will be accepted. No facsimile or e-mailed bids will be accepted. Bids will be opened at the town meeting on June 7, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. The bid may be awarded at that meeting.

Scope of Work: Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete the Work described ___________________________________________________________ segment are marked on the roads. Contractor shall bid each road segment as a lump sum. Project completion date shall be October 1, 2022.

Proof of insurance and a 100% performance bond are required before any work begins.

Bids will be accepted based on budgeted monies. The Town Board of the Town of Clifton has the right to accept or reject any or all bids with respect to irregularities or technicalities, or to reject all bids outright and further, to award the contract to the contractor, who, in the judgement of the Town Board, will best serve the interests of the Town of Clifton.
