NOTICE is hereby given that a brief meeting of electors will be held at the Oak Grove town hall at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 20, 2021, which is the statutory default for the Annual Meeting. The intent and purpose of the April meeting is to adjourn and reschedule the Annual Meeting from the default date (third Tuesday in April) to a more convenient date within 30 days, pursuant to Wis. Stat. 60.11. The proposed date of the Annual Meeting will be Monday, May 17, at 7 p.m., to allow fuller public participation The revised date and time wil be noticed again separately at least 15 days in advance, with an agenda posted.
