Pierce County Historical Association

Calling all Traynors! Trainors! and Treanors! Please join us at 2pm on Saturday, October 10th for an online Zoom event presented by family historians: Michael “Steve” Traynor and Maureen Costello, event organized by the Pierce County Historical Association. Steve is a family historian that has written multiple books on his family history. He and Maureen will be sharing information they have learned in their shared research on the background of their Irish Traynor name and heritage, their ancestors’ journey to Canada and then finally to Pierce County, Wisconsin. Many Irish families in Pierce County have a similar story, especially those that settled in the El Paso area. The event will be about an hour long with time for introductions and questions. If you wish to attend, please email Julie Huebel at [email protected] org so an online Zoom invite can be sent to you. Even if you don’t have Traynor ancestors, Steve and Maureen’s passion for ancestry research is sure to be enjoyed by all fellow family historians.
