TOWN OF GILMAN - Two Spring Valley men were transported to the hospital after a two-vehicle crash July 4 in the town of Gilman.
Pierce County Sheriff’s Office responded to the crash at 5:36 p.m. Tuesday on 330th Street near 770th Avenue. A 2010 Ford Focus, driven by Collin Meyers, 26, was traveling southbound on 330th Street when it attempted to turn left into a private driveway. A northbound 2000 Ford Explorer, driven by Hunter Schutz, 27, struck Meyers as he was turning.
Spring Valley EMS transported both men to Western Wisconsin Health in Baldwin with undisclosed injuries. Spring Valley Police Department, Spring Valley EMS, and Spring Valley EMS assisted Pierce County deputies at the scene.
