PRESCOTT – Croix Insurance would like you to welcome Vicki Rudolph, its new Customer Service Representative.

Rudolph is making a career change, having spent 25 years at American Red Cross as a medical lab technician. She is now our newest licensed agent. While many of us were working at home during COVID, Rudolph was still driving to St Paul to work.

“I love my new, much shorter commute to work… and working with and for my neighbors and the Prescott community,” she said.

She was drawn to the insurance industry in part because of knowing her local agent, Kris Sampson.

“Kris has been our agent since moving to Prescott. I got to know her, her passion for the community and she actually made insurance sound interesting to learn about,” Rudolph said.

Rudolph grew up in Hazen, N.D., lived in Wyoming for a year and then moved to Twin Cities. She and her husband Kelly have lived in Prescott for more than 25 years. Currently she also serves our community as a member of the Prescott School Board.

Rudolph will focus on personal lines of insurance, helping individuals and families select coverage for their homes, vehicles, ATVs, UTVs, boats and campers.

“Vicki is truly invested in our community and I am so happy to have her working with me to help our clients,” Sampson said.
