RIVER FALLS – Put on your best blue jeans and cowboy boots and get ready to party at Walk On Therapeutic Riding Programs, Inc. 20th anniversary Fall Gala at 5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 25 at Pheasant Hills Golf Club in Hammond.
“After skipping last year’s event due to COVID, we’re glad to be able to get together and celebrate this milestone anniversary,” said Walk On Program Director Ken Giske. There will be a barbecue dinner, silent and live auctions, and live music by the Walk-On Saddle Tramps. Tickets are $25 and can be purchased at the door.
Gala proceeds will benefit Walk On Therapeutic Riding Programs, Inc. For 20 years, Walk On has provided individualized horseback riding related to equine assisted activities and therapeutic riding instruction to children and adults with any physical, developmental, social and emotional disabilities.
If you are fully vaccinated, facial coverings are optional. The CDC advises individuals who are not fully vaccinated to continue wearing a facial covering.
