MAIDEN ROCK — Wieser Concrete Products, Inc., a family-owned and operated manufacturer of precast concrete products, has acquired Bush Concrete Products, Inc., of Muskegon, Michigan, effective Oct. 1, 2026. The acquisition marks Wieser Concrete’s first location in Michigan and brings the company to five production facilities and eight locations across Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois and Michigan.
The Muskegon facility will move forward under the Wieser Concrete name, while remaining at its current location and retaining the experienced employees who have served Bush Concrete customers for years. Customers can expect the same familiar service and products they rely on today, with additional opportunities for expanded precast concrete solutions in the future.
Bush Concrete Products has been serving West Michigan since 1927. Over nearly a century in business, the company has built strong relationships throughout the region while manufacturing septic tanks, sign bases, manholes, catch basins, and a variety of other precast concrete products. From its early years in Coopersville to its current operation in Muskegon, Bush has established a reputation built on experience, reliability, and service.
“Bush Concrete Products has nearly a century of history behind it, and we have a great deal of respect for what they have built,” said Andy Wieser, CEO of Wieser Concrete Products. “We’re excited to welcome their employees to the Wieser team and continue building on the relationships they’ve developed with customers throughout the region. Our priority is to make this transition as seamless as possible while bringing additional resources, capabilities, and product opportunities to the Muskegon operation.”
Wieser Concrete Products was founded in 1965 by Joseph H. Wieser near Maiden Rock. More than 60 years later, the company remains family owned and operated, with second- and third-generation members of the Wieser family involved in the business. Wieser Concrete manufactures precast concrete products for agricultural, underground, highway, commercial, and specialty applications.
The acquisition brings together two companies with deep roots in the precast concrete industry and more than 160 years of combined experience. Bush Concrete’s local knowledge, established customer relationships, and experienced workforce will now be supported by Wieser Concrete’s broader manufacturing capabilities, resources, and product offerings.
For customers throughout West Michigan, the focus remains simple: continue providing the dependable products and service they know while creating new opportunities for growth in the years ahead.
