PRESCOTT – The St. Croix Valley Youth Baseball Clinic will be held Saturday, April 26 at Firehall Field in Prescott. The free event includes a free T-shirt, lunch and instruction from Prescott High School coaches and players.
Boys ages 6-9 will take part in Session 1 9-11 a.m. Sign up begins at 8:15 a.m. Participants will receive a free T-shirt, hot dog, chips and water after the clinic. Boys ages 10-13 (eighth grade) will take part in Session 2 from 11:30-1:30 pm., with sign up starting at 11:15 a.m. They too will receive a free T-shirt and lunch.
Clinicians will work with players on fundamentals such as pitching, hitting, defense and baserunning. Prizes will be awarded.
