4-vehicle Highway 10 crash sends 1 to hospital

Pierce County deputies were notified of a four-vehicle crash with injuries at 2:38 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 7 on US Highway 10 near 620th Avenue in the town of Oak Grove.

A 2012 Dodge Ram, driven by Kellen Spooner, 22, Elmwood, was heading eastbound on US Highway 10 when it collided with a 2013 Dodge Dart, driven by Casey Wilcox, 33, Ellsworth, who was driving east on Highway 10. Wilcox then struck a 2022 Chevy Colorado, driven by Jenna Hewitt, 23, Alma, was heading east on Highway 10. Wilcox then struck a 2007 GMC Yukon, driven by Robbin Kozlowski, 66, Prescott, who was making a left-hand turn into a private driveway. Kozlowski also had a 13-year-old juvenile passenger with her.

Allina EMS transported Spooner to River Falls Area Hospital with undisclosed injuries. No other injuries were reported. Allina EMS, Prescott fire and police departments assisted Pierce County Sheriff’s Office at the scene.
