Upgrading transportation for the coming year, Prescott was trading its 2008 Ford Police Interceptor for an SUV. With only 100,000 miles on the vehicle, its transmission was failing, with the planned replacement due to be a Chevy Tahoe.

The weather report fluctuates from a high of 32 degrees on Sunday to 48 the following Saturday, with lows ranging from 27 degrees (Sunday) to 35 a week later.
