River Falls Area Retired Educators Association, 11 a.m., St. Croix Bowling Lanes (1153 St. Croix St., River Falls). Retirees from these school districts are invited – Hudson, Baldwin, Prescott, River Falls, Spring Valley and New Richmond. We will have a business meeting followed by a group chat. Lunch may be ordered after. Our organization works to preserve the pension fund and to preserve excellence in public education. Saturday, April 9 River Falls Lions Easter Egg Hunt & Carnival, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., River Falls High School (818 Cemetery Road). Concessions available. We will be accepting donations of food and money for the food pantry, used eyeglasses and hearing aids, cell phones and used printer cartridges.

Easter Egg Hunt, 10 a.m., Pierce County Fairgrounds (364 N. Maple St., Ellsworth). Funsters of Ellsworth will host its annual Easter Egg hunt. Kids can get their photos taken with the Easter bunny. Easter basket and bike giveaways (grab a ticket when you arrive!) The group will grill hot dogs. The hunt is near the Cattle Barn. Park in north gravel lot.

Confluence: Tomahawk Circle, 3-5 p.m., Prescott Performing Arts Center (1010 Dexter St., Prescott). Experience the power of native drums in this special performance by Tomahawk Circle, an Ojibwe family group. This is the first of a series of community conversations and connections called “Voices of the Confluence” hosted by the Great River Road Visitor and Learning Center, Prescott Community Education, and Building an All-Inclusive Community. Sunday, April 10 Plum City Lions Club Palm Sunday Pancake Breakfast, 8 a.m. to noon, Plum City Legion Hall (132 Pine Ave. E.) Serving pancakes, sausage, French toast. Proceeds used for community needs and scholarships for Plum City students. Wednesday, April 13 Conversations of the Valley, noon, Falls Theater (105 S. Main St., River Falls). Join the St. Croix Valley Foundation to learn how the arts contribute to economic growth, transform neighborhoods and help connect people to place. Royal Ambassadors Candidate Meeting, 6:30 p.m. at River Falls High School (818 Cemetery Road). Meet with the current River Falls Roya Ambassadors court and the board to learn about becoming an ambassador. Parents welcome.

Prescott American Legion Post #61 Easter Egg Hunt, 1-4 p.m., Great River Road Visitor & Learning Center (200 Monroe St., Prescott). Rain or shine! Bring a basket to collect your eggs. Five colored eggs per child and prizes for everyone. The Easter bunny will also be on hand for photos.
