Initial appearances Angela M. Hudson, 38, Ellsworth, posted a $10,000 signature bond on felony bail jumping, fraud/innkeeper – nonpayment (as party to a crime), and two misdemeanor bail jumping charges May 26. A preliminary hearing is set for 2:30 p.m. June 14. She is also ordered to have no contact with the Radisson Hotel in River Falls.

Allen Gene McCuen, 35, Elmwood, posted a $10,000 signature bond May 27 on felony bail jumping and possess drug paraphernalia charges. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 11 a.m.

Angela Rose Pomasl, 34, Woodville, posted a $10,000 signature bond May 26 on felony possession of methamphetamine and possess drug paraphernalia charges.

A preliminary hearing is slated for 2 p.m. June 24.

Closed cases Crystal Alesha Allen, 26, River Falls, was convicted of operate without carrying a license and fined $150.10 May 27. Misdemeanor bail jumping and operating while revoked (alcohol related) charges were dismissed. The charges resulted from travc stops Feb. 14 and June 15, 2021.

Rose Laura Marie Bar- field, 35, Menomonie, was sentenced to nine months in jail (105 days credit) and ordered to pay $1.329 in unpaid court costs at a May 26 probation revocation sen- tencing hearing. Barfield had been convicted of resisting or obstructing an ovcer, bat tery, OWI (with passenger < 16) and disorderly conduct on Nov. 2, 2020. The charges stemmed from incidents Feb.

18 and 28, 2020.

Zachary Allen Frey, 31, Cadott, was convicted of operating after revocation (al- cohol related) and fined $443 May 26. The charge resulted from an April 19, 2021 travc stop.

An ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order charge against Patrick F.

Gilbertson, 35, Hastings, Minn., was dismissed May

26. The charge stemmed from a Feb. 13 travc stop.

Kaitlyn Elizabeth McPherson, 32, River Falls, was convicted of possession of THC and fined $277.80 May 26. A possess drug paraphernalia (as party to a crime) charge was dismissed.

The charges resulted from a June 26, 2021 incident.

Nikolaas Russell Murphy, 40, Maiden Rock, was convicted of fail/obtain deer hunting required approval May 27, fined $1,443 and is not allowed to hunt for three years. The charges stemmed from a Nov. 20, 2021 incident.

A possess drug paraphernalia charge against Tricia Lee Pawlowski, 37, Chaska, Minn., was dismissed May 26. The charge resulted from a Sept. 8, 2020 incident.

William James Whipple Jr., 31, Prescott, was convicted of criminal damage to property and fined $443 May 26. A disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charge was dismissed. The charges stemmed from a March 13 incident.
