Initial appearances Angel Ingacio Alatorre,

42, River Falls, posted a $10,000 signature bond March 9 on felony strangulation and suffocation (domestic abuse), criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charges. A status conference is slated for 11:30 a.m. March 24.

A bench warrant was issued March 14 for Dustin C. Baskin, 37, Eau Claire, who failed to make an initial appearance on an operating while revoked – repeater (alcohol related) charge.

Mitchell C. Bemis, 36, Beldenville, posted a $10,000 signature bond March 14 on felony child abuse – intentionally cause harm, battery and disorderly conduct charges. A preliminary hearing is set for 2:30 p.m. March 26.

A bench warrant was issued March 14 for Chelsey Rose Bichay, 28, Hager City, who failed to make an initial appearance on an operate vehicle without consent – passenger charge.

Michael Wayne Dukart,

56, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond March 9 on a disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 11 a.m. April 8.

A bench warrant was issued March 14 for Adam T. Fairchild, 33, River Falls, who failed to make an initial appearance on disorderly conduct (repeater, domestic abuse, use of dangerous weapon) and two misdemeanor bail jumping (repeater) charges.

A bench warrant was issued March 14 for David Craig Haider, 37, Red Wing, Minn., who failed to make an initial appearance on felony take and drive vehicle without consent and disorderly conduct charges.

Isaac Paul Kauffmann,

31, Ellsworth, posted a $10,000 signature bond March 14 on a felony bail jumping charge. A preliminary hearing is set for 1 p.m. March 18.

Dean D. Keegan, 29, Cincinnati, Ohio, posted a $10,000 signature bond March 14 on felony strangulation or suffocation (domestic abuse) and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charges. A preliminary hearing is slated for 1:30 p.m. March 30.

Gerald Frances Lucking,

32, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond on resisting/failing to stop and possession of THC charges March 14. A pretrial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. April 19.

Robby Garett Meyer, 45, Prescott, was ordered to pay $5,000 cash bail March 15 on 21 counts of felony possession of child pornography (lifetime supervision of serious sex offenders). A status conference is slated for 8:45 a.m. March 24.

Sherry C. Olson, 41, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $2,500 signature bond March 14 on misdemeanor bail jumping and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charges. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 2 p.m. March 24.

Christine Marie Ries, 44, Red Wing, Minn., posted a $10,000 signature bond on felony bail jumping, battery (domestic abuse), disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) and two misdemeanor bail jumping charges March 14. A preliminary hearing is set for 2 p.m. April 19.

William James Whipple Jr., 31, Prescott, pleaded not guilty and posted a $10,000 signature bond March 14 on criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charges. A pretrial conference is slated for 1 p.m. April 19.

Joseph Daniel Young, 37, Prescott, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond March 14 on a disorderly conduct (repeater) charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 3 p.m. April 22.

Rober Allen Zubrod, 42, Prescott, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond on a disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charge March 14. A pre-trial conference is set for 11 a.m. April 19.

Deferred cases Charles T. Domeier, 33, Blaine, Minn., pleaded guilty to and entered into a deferred judgment of conviction agreement on a felony interfere with firefighting – alarm/fighters charge March 9. Two misdemeanor bail jumping, resisting or obstructing an officer, battery and disorderly conduct charges were dismissed. The charges stemmed from a Feb. 20, 2019 incident.

Closed cases Charles T. Domeier, 33, Blaine, Minn., was convicted of misdemeanor bail jumping and two disorderly conduct charges March 9, sentenced to two years’ probation and fined $1,329. Two misdemeanor bail jumping, battery, two criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) and felony bail jumping charges were dismissed. The charges resulted from incidents July 8, 2018; Feb. 14, 2019; and March 2, 2019.

Alex Danilo Gonzalez, 24, River Falls, was convicted of operate without carrying a license and fined $277.80 March 11. The charge stemmed from a Nov. 7 traffic stop.

A felony neglecting a child (specified harm did not occur and child under age 6 or disability) charge against Shawn Billy Goulette, 42, Hager City, was dismissed March 11 upon completion of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement. The charge resulted from a June 12, 2019 incident.

Todd M. Longsdorf, 56, Hager City, was convicted of disorderly conduct and fined $277.80 March 9. Th charge stemmed from a June 14, 2020 incident.

Jordan William Salmela,

31, Minneapolis, waived extradition to Minnesota March 15. The extradition resulted from a March 14 arrest.
