Cole James Borowicz, 31, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond on disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) and criminal damage to property (domestic abuse) charges Jan. 10. A pretrial conference is slated for 2 p.m. Feb. 1.

Randall Lee Caldwell, 18, Boerne, Texas, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond on OWI-first (with passenger under 16) and operating with PAC – passenger under 16 charges Jan. 10. A pre-trail conference is set for 9:30 a.m. Feb. 10.

Steven Jo Flier, 47, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond on a possession of a controlled substance charge Jan. 10. A pre-trial conference is slated for 9 a.m. Feb. 10.

Shane A. Herman, 49, Inver Grove Heights, Minn., pleaded not guilty and posted a $5,000 signature bond Jan. 14 on two unlawful phone use – threaten with obscenity and two disorderly conduct charges Jan. 10. A pre-trial conference is slated for 9:15 a.m. Feb. 10.

Deltyn Le Lincoln, 26, Hager City, posted a $10,000 signature bond on felony bail jumping and operating while revoked charges Jan. 11. A preliminary hearing is set for 1 p.m. Jan. 14.

Josiah J. Pease, 37, Baldwin, pleaded not guilty and posted a $2,500 signature bond on OWI-third and operating with PAC-third charges Jan. 10. A pre-trial conference is set for 11:15 a.m. Feb. 14.

Jamie Lee Wadkins, 37, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond on a disorderly conduct charge Jan. 10. A pre-trial conference is set for 10 a.m. Feb. 10.

Failure to appear Alexander Robert Danielson, 27, Baldwin, has failed to make multiple scheduled court appearances on felony strangulation or suffocation, battery and disorderly conduct charges. The last missed appearance was Jan. 7; a bench warrant was issued Jan. 10. The charges resulted from a March 10, 2021 incident.

Mandy J. Siepelmeyer-Johnson,

39, Hager City, missed a status conference Jan. 10 on OWI-second and operating with PAC charges. A bench warrant was issued.

Ryan Douglas Wetteland,

34, St. Paul, missed a plea hearing Jan. 5 on a neglecting a child (specified harm did not occur). A bench warrant was issued.

Deferred cases Heather Marie Hurdt, 36, Cottage Grove, Minn., was pleaded guilty to and entered into a deferred judgment of conviction agreement on a criminal damage to property charge Jan. 7. A disorderly conduct charge was dismissed. The charges stemmed from an Aug. 30 incident.

Closed cases

An operate without valid license (second within three years) charges against Geoffrey Mitchell Bengtson, 37, Elmwood, was dismissed Jan. 5. The charge resulted from an Oct. 17 traffic stop.

Steven Miguel Diaz, 24, Hammond, was convicted of criminal trespass to dwelling and misuse of GPS device – obtain information, sentenced to one year’s probation and fined $886 Jan. 7. Felony strangulation and suffocation (domestic abuse) and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charges were read-in but dismissed. The charges stemmed from an April 24, 2020 incident.

Jordy Ismael Ihapa-Lozano, 25, Ellsworth, was convicted of OWI-first, fined $969 and ordered to undergo an alcohol assessment Jan. 7. His driver’s license was revoked for seven months. An operating with PAC (passenger younger than 16) was dismissed. The charges resulted from a Dec. 27, 2020 traffic stop.

A criminal trespass to dwelling charge against Alison Ashley Meistad, 32, south St. Paul, Minn., was dismissed Jan. 5 upon completion of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement. The charge stemmed from a Sept. 28, 2019 incident.

Michael Calvin Montgomery, 32, Sherburne County Jail, Elk River, Minn., was convicted of OWI-second, sentenced to 15 days in jail, fined $1,179 and ordered to undergo and alcohol assessment and install an ignition interlock device after a 12-month driver’s license revocation Jan. 6. An operate with restricted controlled substance (second) charge was dismissed. A disorderly conduct charge was readin but dismissed. The charges resulted from incidents Feb. 18, 2014 and March 9, 2014.

Tristan J. Rzaszutak, 26, River Falls, was convicted of felony operator flee/elude officer – bodily harm or property damage, theft – movable property (as party to a crime), felony possess with intent – amphetamine and felony manufacture/ deliver amphetamine, sentenced to two years in prison and five years of extended supervision and fined $2,072 Jan. 6. Resisting or obstructing an officer, felony burglary – building or dwelling (as party to a crime), disorderly conduct, four felony bail jumping, and four misdemeanor bail jumping were dismissed. Felony manufacture/deliver amphetamine and four felony bail jumping were read-in but dismissed. The charges stemmed from incidents April 13, 2019; June 29, 2019; Oct, 12, 22 and 29, 2019.
