Ellsworth Police Department reports: Aug. 4-10, 2025

The following incidents were reported to Ellsworth Police Department Aug. 4-10, 2025.

Monday, Aug. 4

  • Police were called at 11:16 a.m. to 456 W. Main St. for a man who fell and hit his head. Officers made contact with man at his residence. He had swelling in his left eye, but refused medical attention.
  • Michelle Lyn Marie Klumb, 36, Ellsworth, was cited for unlicensed dog at 11:53 a.m. at 185 W. Grove St.
  • Jacob John Hemphill, 20, Bay City, was cited for expired registration after a traffic stop at 6:31 p.m. at County Road C and Business Way.

Tuesday, Aug. 5

  • Brandon Lynn Walker, 39, Ellsworth, was arrested for a Department of Corrections warrant while walking at 5:01 p.m. on Railroad Avenue.
  • At 7:37 p.m., Ellsworth Public Library (388 W. Main St.) staff reported a man recently released from jail looking for a ride to Chippewa Falls. Law enforcement could not provide him a ride. Staff were told to call back if he caused any issues.

 

Wednesday, Aug. 6

  • Police checked on a suspicious unoccupied vehicle at 1:57 a.m. at Wall and Main streets. The park was empty.
  • A theft was reported at 9 a.m. at 707 N. Maple St.
  • Officers were dispatched to a dog vs. dog bite at 11 a.m. at 477 W. Highland Drive. Anna Marie Gina Seipel, 59, Ellsworth, was cited for dog running at large, unlicensed dog and possession of THC.
  • Police assisted EMS at 12:51 p.m. at 440 W. Nelson St.

 

Thursday, Aug. 7

  • Alissa Lorraine Davis, 16, Ellsworth, was cited for speeding after a traffic stop at 7:10 a.m. at Ridge Road and 710th
  • A missing child was reported at 7:04 p.m. at the Pierce County Fairgrounds (364 N. Maple St.) The child had been reunited with a parent before police arrived.
  • Officers conducted traffic control at 9:23 p.m. at the Pierce County Fairgrounds due to heavy traffic exiting the area.

 

Friday, Aug. 8

  • Officers assisted EMS at 4:55 p.m. at the English Lutheran Church food stand at the Pierce County Fairgrounds. A 70-year-old woman was shaky and weak in her legs, but conscious and alert.
  • Officers helped Pierce County deputies search for a phone at 9:32 p.m. at Pierce County Fairgrounds.

 

Saturday, Aug. 9

  • Police assisted EMS at 7:16 a.m. at 258 N. Beulah St.
  • A lost cat was reported at 11:49 a.m. at Old West main and Hill streets.
  • Police directed traffic at 2:58 p.m. at Maple and Cairns streets due to heavy fair traffic.
  • Officers took down information on a lost cat at 4:28 p.m. at 180 W. Hollywood St.
  • At 10:38 p.m., a caller reported seeing juveniles flashing car lights into units at 440 W. Ray St. The party agreed to move along.
  • Police checked on a business alarm at 10:45 p.m. at 557 Vincent Lane. The building was secure.
  • A group of intoxicated people was in the roadway at 11:06 p.m. near 159 W. Main St. They were told to stay off the street.

 

Sunday, Aug. 10

Officers responded to a business alarm at 3:56 p.m. at 411 Industrial Road. All the doors were secure.
