The following incidents were reported to Ellsworth Police Department Dec. 1-7, 2025.
Monday, Dec. 1
Samantha Marie Schmitz, 41, Ellsworth, was cited for a winter parking violation at 2:40 a.m. at 252 S. Grant St.
Jesse Michael Torgerson, 34, Ellsworth, was cited for a winter parking violation at 2:42 a.m. at 252 S. Grant St.
Michelle Dawn Goulette, 59, Red Wing, Minn., was cited for a winter parking violation at 2:59 a.m. at 232 S. Piety St.
Bryce Adam Francis Harris, 42, Ellsworth, was cited for a winter parking violation at 3:02 a.m. at 214 S. Piety St.
Jacob David Molter, 18, Ellsworth, was cited for a winter parking violation at 3:06 a.m. at 214 S. Piety St.
At 6:51 a.m., police took a harassment complaint at 155 W. Susan St. A woman was concerned another woman was going to hurt her cats and her. She was advised on how to apply for a restraining order.
Officers took a threats complaint at 10:32 a.m. at 530 W. Cairns St.
At 1:13 p.m., a resident at 454 High Point Drive reported fraud. He had received a notice in the mail from Wells Fargo stating his credit application had been approved when he hadn’t applied for anything.
At 2:27 p.m., a man at 927 Hilden Drive reported that while out walking, a woman drives by him and appears to be videotaping him walking. At one point, she stopped her vehicle, opened the door and yelled profanities. He requested extra patrol.
Police were asked to conduct a welfare check at 3:56 p.m. at 133 Evergreen Estates St. The man in question said he was mad at the clinic for not listening to him.
Tuesday, Dec. 2
Fay Ann Albarado, 64, Ellsworth, was cited for a winter parking violation at 2:05 a.m. at Main and Piety streets.
Alexander Amadeus Zackary, 26, Ellsworth, was cited for a winter parking violation at 2:12 a.m. at Wall and Broadway streets.
Nor Pau Moua, 48, Maplewood, Minn., was cited for a winter parking violation at 2:22 a.m. at Maple and Cairns streets.
At 1:40 p.m., police spoke to representatives from Dabella Construction, who were going door-to-door without the proper permits.
At 2:24 p.m., a resident at 271 E. Summit Ave., received a call from a spoof number claiming to be from the sheriff’s office with a warrant for his arrest.
Officers responded to a dog bite at 5:13 p.m. at 353 N. Grant St.
Wednesday, Dec. 3
Police responded to a suspicious person complaint at 2:33 a.m. at 232 S. Piety St. Police found Blake Donald Field, 33, Ellsworth, and Terri Lee Casello, 34, Ellsworth, there. They have bond conditions of no contact. Casello tried running away but stopped on police command. Field left on foot and wasn’t immediately located. Officers arrested Casello for misdemeanor and felony bail jumping and transported her to Pierce County Jail. Charges were referred to the district attorney’s office for Field.
Officers were dispatched to a one-vehicle crash at 6:17 a.m. at Pleasant Avenue and Main Street. Austin Joel Aamodt, 24, Plum City, reported no injuries.
Thursday, Dec. 4
Everette Dale Sarnstrom, 39, Ellsworth, was arrested for a warrant at 6:07 p.m. at 174 Evergreen Estates St. and taken to Pierce County Jail.
At 6:15 p.m., police received a complaint of someone passed out in a car at 721 E. Campbell St. Police spoke to the registered owner and everything was okay.
Police investigated an excessive exhaust noise complaint at 8:34 p.m. at 220 W. Summit Ave. A subject stated they were just chatting and left.
Friday, Dec. 5
Police responded to an animal complaint at 11:43 a.m. at 297 E. Main St.
At 5:28 p.m., a caller reported hearing shots west of their residence at 760 Crosstown Road. Nothing was located or heard.
A downed stop sign was located at 9:12 p.m. at Maple Street and Crosstown Road. The highway department was notified.
Saturday, Dec. 6
Daniel John Heineman, 30, Marshfield, was cited for a winter parking violation at 3:37 a.m. at 463 E. Main St.
Skyler Marie Loveland-Cedotal, 19, River Falls, was cited for a winter parking violation at 3:56 a.m. at 246 Kruger Lane.
Officers assisted EMS at 9:11 a.m. at 225 S. Plum St. Red Wing Mayo also reported to CPS that a woman who just had a baby admitted to using drugs.
Police received a hit and run complaint at 9:36 a.m. at 227 S. Piety St.
A dog at large was reported at 1:15 p.m. at 182 E. Sunset Lane.
A caller requested a standby at 4:01 p.m. at 141 Evergreen Estates St. The caller was denied as he is not allowed at that residence per bond conditions.
At 8:58 p.m., police received a report of someone walking in the road, dancing and singing near 610th Avenue and 670th The man denied any assistance. He was warned to stay on the side of the road.
Sunday, Dec. 7
Jurell Wayne Gooden, 21, Ellsworth, was cited for a winter parking violation at 4:21 a.m. at 310 W. Main St.
Police were dispatched for suspicious activity at 6:14 a.m. at 240 N. Broadway St. A K9 alerted on multiple vehicles which were searched. Benjamin Charles Souster, 53, Ellsworth, and James Myron Leonard, 31, Ellsworth, were both arrested on drug charges.
At 9:21 a.m., a caller at Woodworth and Chestnut streets complained of construction noise at the old junior high site, stating the construction company had agreed not to work on Sundays. He was informed it’s not against the law to work on Sundays so police would not be responding. He wanted the incident documented.
Police responded to a juvenile complaint at 4:52 p.m. at a home in the 400 block of West Elm Street.
Officers stood by for a civil issue/property exchange at 6:12 p.m. at 218 N. Broadway St.
