The following incidents were reported to Ellsworth Police Department Nov. 3-9, 2025.

Monday, Nov. 3

  • At 5:28 a.m., police checked on a vehicle without plates that had been parked at 610 E. Main St. for two weeks. The vehicle was removed.
  • Police were dispatched at 7:41 a.m. and 9:43 a.m. for a juvenile in crisis at a home in the 400 block of High Point Drive.
  • Officers assisted EMS with a possible stroke at 2:48 p.m. at 226 N. Broadway St.
  • At 4:52 p.m., police warned a subject to stay out of the construction zone at 176 W. Main St.
  • At 8:31 p.m., police checked on someone at a group home in the 100 block of West Humble Avenue who claimed he slit his wrists. He did not. A safety plan was put into place with Northwest Connections.

Tuesday, Nov. 4

  • At 8:50 a.m., police took a report of a female who tripped on a metal rod sticking out from one of the recycling bins at 157 E. Main St. Police advised her it is a civil issue and informed Pierce County Solid Waste of the incident.
  • Police were dispatched to a death at 9:59 a.m. at 550 W. Cairns St.
  • At 10:29 a.m., a woman reported the locks had been cut off her storage container at Wall Street and Railroad Avenue.
  • Police responded to an ongoing neighbor dispute at 12:56 p.m. at 214 W. Grove St. A man was told to clean up the road where he was found standing. At 1:48 p.m. the complainant called police again upset that nothing had been done.

Wednesday, Nov. 5

  • The school district reported a vehicle that had been parked in the lot for three days at 7:14 a.m. at 399 W. Elm St. The vehicle was removed.
  • At 9:26 a.m., police assisted the Pierce County co-responder with an evaluation at 9:26 a.m. at Ellsworth High School (323 W. Hillcrest St.)
  • Officers were dispatched at 3:15 p.m. to Ellsworth High School for a student found with a THC vape. They were cited for possession of THC.
  • Police responded to a juvenile complaint at 3:33 p.m. at Maple and Nelson streets.
  • Officers assisted EMS at 3:39 p.m. at 293 E. Sunset Lane.
  • Police received a noise complaint at 10:30 p.m. at 225 W. Grove St. The complainant was intoxicated and refused to speak to police, who heard no noise. They were called back and the downstairs neighbor was warned for the loud music.

Thursday, Nov. 6

  • Police responded at 1:42 a.m. to 271 E. Summit Ave. for an individual having visual hallucinations. After speaking with Northwest Connections, EMS transported him to Mayo in Eau Claire for a voluntary commitment.
  • A sex assault was reported at 1:33 p.m. at an address in the 400 block of East Wall Street.
  • Martin Campos Dominguez, 22, Ellsworth, was arrested for domestic disorderly conduct and domestic battery after police responded to a domestic at 4:17 p.m. at 459 W. Main St.

Friday, Nov. 7

  • Officers assisted EMS with entering a residence at 3:33 a.m. at 808 S. Piety St.
  • At 8:39 p.m., a 911 call reported a fight at 107 S. Short St. A neighbor didn’t see or hear anything.
  • Samuel Howard Wannebo, 27, St. Paul, was arrested for domestic disorderly conduct after an incident at 10:24 p.m. at 305 W. Main St.

Saturday, Nov. 8

  • Officers assisted EMS at 5:44 a.m. at 635 W. Crest Lane.
  • At 10:02 a.m., police were informed of a mailbox broken off its post at 260 N. Terrace Ave.
  • At 2:58 p.m., police removed a dead eagle found at 273 N. Morse St. It was turned over to the DNR.
  • Niko Vinnie Gambino, 61, homeless, was arrested for an extradition warrant at 8:20 p.m. at 305 W. Main St.

Sunday, Nov. 9

  • At 9:41 a.m., police were informed of a window broken out at 231 N. Bourbon Circle.
  • Officers assisted EMS at 12:38 p.m. at 143 W. Warner St.
  • Extra patrol was requested at 8:47 p.m. due to threats received at a home in the 200 block of West Summit Avenue.
