To the editor,

Pierce County friends, the Spring Election is coming up April 2. What is on the ballot for the Spring Election? City Council, School Board, Township Board and Pierce County Board seats. Most people focus on the big nationwide elections every two years including this coming November, but local elections have a far greater impact on the things that matter the most to you. Your schools, crime, roads, small businesses, and ultimately, your hard-earned money.

Martin Kretzmann is running for Pierce County Board Supervisor in my district. I have never met someone who cares more about their community than Martin. He takes the time to be informed by going to School Board meetings, Township Board and County Board meetings, often just listening and taking notes but he's definitely not afraid to speak up and ask the hard questions, something I truly admire about him.

His business insights, people skills and truthfulness is needed now more than ever in this political climate and rapidly changing county. He cares about his neighbors across the county and we would be lucky to have him represent us in district 8. I am inviting you to vote for Martin Kretzmann on April 2!
