The River Falls branch of AAUW thanks the River Falls School Board candidates for participating in its recent candidate forum. To meet its mission to advance equity for women and girls and support for high quality public education, AAUW River Falls has hosted annual school board candidate forums. These forums are a way for the voters in the River Falls School District to learn about their school board candidates and their positions on issues facing our schools.

Questions for the forum came from the community and were submitted by email.

River Falls AAUW thanks the school board candidates and forum moderator for their participation. We have been asked why only three of the four school board candidates were part of the forum. All four candidates were invited; however, one candidate chose not to participate. In the spirit of full transparency, we continued to include all four in communications for the forum preparation. This included all questions that were submitted by the public for the candidates.
