Be careful, Christian Evangelicals, when you follow Trump for his promise of Christian nationalism. Trump is the most morally depraved of all our presidents, and we have had a few with questionable moral integrity. Jesus was offered all the kingdoms of the world and the glory of them in a deal to worship Satan (Mt 4). Jesus rejected the offer, quoting scripture that only the Lord your God shall be worshipped. Later, at His trial before Pilate, Jesus stated that His kingdom was not of this world (Jn 18).
Trump wrote “The Art of the Deal.” It is true he is an artful dealer. Be careful that you are not lured into a Faustian bargain with this man.
