The Democrat Party appears to be the only organization on the planet where the worse you perform the more you are rewarded.
This upside down phenomenon has been going on for decades. Remember when Obama told Susan Rice to lie to five TV networks about Benghazi? Shortly thereafter she was promoted by Obama!
Jake Sullivan was a Russia collusion advocate for that debunked piece of Democrat propaganda. Now he is the National Security Advisor in the Biden/Harris administration.
Neera Tanden outed a sexual harassment victim at a liberal think tank. Now she is the Director of the United States Domestic Policy Council for the Biden/Harris administration!
Joe Biden was the laughingstock of the Senate for being wrong about everything for four decades. Biden was rewarded for his ineptness by being installed as President (so called). Not surprisingly, he has spent the last four years being a complete failure on everything: the border, inflation, energy/consumer prices, Afghanistan, Russia, Ukraine, Israel and national security.  
Kamala Harris has also been wrong about everything for her entire career: Proposition 47 in California, saying she will sign a plan for reparations, advocating for open borders, defunding the police, bailing out thugs in Minneapolis and blaming Israel for the war against Hamas.
The only thing that Biden and Harris seem to have gotten right was following The Obama Doctrine which states that the most important job of a Democrat presidential candidate is to select the most incompetent person in the party to be your running mate.
The good news is that if you have been a complete failure at everything you have done there is always a good job waiting for you in the Democrat Party.
