To the editor,
This was the 13th year The West Wind Supper Club hosted the Christmas Day breakfast Buffet. The proceeds go to the Free Clinic of Pierce and St. Croix counties. A special thanks goes to Tony Leone (owner), U.S. Food Service and Performance Food group for donating the food served that day. Also, a big thank you to Kevin Pechacek (main cook) who organizes all the volunteers including cooks, waitstaff, dishwashers and more.
Free will donations are given each and every year by the generous patrons who support this cause; without them this event would not be possible. This year total raised over $16,000 with a grand total of $170,000 total to date.
