Muddy Waters decided this year to bring charity to Christmas. Every year they host a contest to guess the number of Christ
mas ornaments hanging from the ceiling of Muddy Waters Bar & Restaurant. Owners Mitch Wormington and Eric Chris tenson added a new twist this year. For a charitable donation (of any size) you could hang your own designed Christmas ornament. This year they chose American legion Post 61 as the beneficiary, with donations going towards ongoing remodeling of the 152
year
old building. With the ornament donations and Muddy Waters own donation, a $550 check was presented to the legion. Pictured are (from left) Legion Finance Officer Brian Long, Wormington, Christenson and Post 61 Commander Jerry Klasen. Photo courtesy of Jerry Klasen
