PHS shines at State Forensics

PRESCOTT – The Prescott High School Forensics team competed at the Wisconsin High School Forensics Association State Speech Festival on April 9 at DeForest High School. Students' performances are scored using category-specific rubrics, and they can earn gold medals (25 points out of 25), silver medals (23 or 24 points), bronze medals (20, 21, or 22 points), or Small Bronze Medals (19 points or lower). Prescott had 23 students competing and earned 12 gold medals, eight silver medals, and three bronze medals. Team awards will be announced on April 20.
