An operating with PAC-second charge was dismissed. The charges resulted from a July 19 incident.

Seth Mitchell Johnson, 22, Hager City, was convicted of disorderly conduct and fined $277.80 April 11. A misdemeanor bail jumping charge was dismissed. The charges resulted from incidents July 18 and Sept. 19.
Jackelyn Rae Pribnow, 44, Prescott, was convicted of OWI-third April 14, sentenced to 185 days in jail (all but 14 days stayed pending successful probation completion), fined $2,247 and ordered to undergo an alcohol assessment and install an ignition interlock device tampering device for three years after a three-year driver’s license revocation. An operating with PAC-third charge was dismissed. The charges stemmed from an April 24 incident.
