Rigoberto Ayohua Cuaquehua, 37, Baldwin, posted a $5,000 signature bond April 21 on felony possession of methamphetamine (as party to a crime), felony possession of narcotic drugs (as party to a crime) and operate without valid license (second within three years) charges. A status conference is slated for 1:30 p.m. May 30.
Andrew John Bauman, 58, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $10,000 signature bond April 21 on operating while revoked (alcohol related) and ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order charges. A status conference is scheduled for 10:15 a.m. June 3.
Maria Guadalupe Garcia Palacios, 27, Ellsworth, posted a $5,000 signature bond April 21 on felony possession of methamphetamine (as party to a crime) and felony possession of narcotic drugs (as party to a crime) charges. A status conference is slated for 2 p.m. May 30.
Justin M. Haroldson, 37, River Falls, posted a $10,000 signature bond April 21 on a felony bail jumping charge. A hearing is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. May 8.

Heather Ann O’Leary, 55, Ellsworth, posted a $5,000 signature bond April 18 on a felony theft – movable property – special facts charge. A preliminary hearing is slated for 8:30 a.m. May 1.
Devin John Severson, 35, River Falls, posted a $10,000 signature bond April 21 on felony bail jumping and felony possession of THC (second+ offense) charges. A status conference is set for 3:30 p.m. May 7.
Oscar Stanley Amaya, 35, River Falls, was convicted of operate without valid license (second within three years) and fined $443 April 17. The charge stemmed from an April 1, 2024 incident.
Jordy Ismael Chapa Lozano, 28, Ellsworth, was convicted of operate without carrying a license and fined $277.80 April 16. The charge resulted from an Oct. 6, 2024 incident.
Quinten Roy Colsen, 47, Staples, Minn., was convicted of felony possession of methamphetamine April 21, sentenced to two years of probation and fined $518. A possess drug paraphernalia (repeater) charge was read in but dismissed. The charges stemmed from an Oct. 10, 2024 incident.
Franklin Orland Contento Lapo, 46, Cottage Grove, Minn., was convicted of OWI-second April 16, sentenced to 10 days in jail, fined $1,529 and ordered to undergo an alcohol assessment and install an ignition interlock device system after a 12-month driver’s license revocation. An ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order charge was read in but dismissed. An operating with PAC-second charge was dismissed. The charges resulted from a Feb. 27, 2024 incident.
Audina Aremi Gomez Lopez, 24, Hudson, was convicted of operate without carrying a license and fined $277.80 April 16. The charge stemmed from a July 20, 2024 incident.
A felony bail jumping charge against Shawn Billy Goulette, 45, Hager City, was dismissed April 18. The charge resulted from a Sept. 6, 2024 incident.
An entry into/onto building/construction site/room charge against Drew D. Hintz, 23, River Falls, was dismissed April 16 upon completion of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement. The charge stemmed from an Oct. 29, 2023 incident.

Dylan James Kelly, 38, New Richmond, was sentenced to 281 days in jail (time served) and ordered to pay unpaid court costs ($518) and restitution ($4,630) at a probation revocation sentencing hearing April 21. Kelly had been convicted of felony theft – movable property in 2023 and sentenced to probation, which was revoked Feb. 18. The charge stemmed from a Jan. 6, 2023 incident.
Darrel Leo Peterson, 51, Ellsworth, was convicted of battery (domestic abuse) April 17 upon revocation of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement, sentenced to one year’s probation and fined $543. Misdemeanor bail jumping and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charges were read in but dismissed. The charges resulted from incidents July 16, 2023 and Oct. 6, 2024.
