A bench warrant was issued for the arrest of Patrick Wolf Davila, 34, River Falls, who missed an Aug. 25 initial appearance on felony take and drive vehicle without consent, felony theft – movable property – special facts and felony bail jumping charges.
Mario Joseph Ebert, 24, Prescott, pleaded not guilty and posted a $2,000 signature bond Aug. 21 on disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) and battery (domestic abuse) charges. A status conference is slated for 9 a.m. Sept. 16.

Battery (domestic abuse) and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charges against Daniel Lee Edmison, 65, Hager City, were dismissed before an Aug. 25 initial appearance due to Edmison being deceased. The charges stemmed from a June 13, 2022 incident.
Sheena Marie Nelson, 41, Prescott, was convicted of operate without carrying license and fined $277.80 Aug. 22. The charge resulted from a Jan. 24 incident.
