A bench warrant was issued for the arrest of John Edward Drees, 19, Farmington, Minn., who missed a Dec. 22 initial appearance on possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia charges. A new initial appearance is set for 1 p.m. Dec. 30.
A bench warrant was issued for the arrest of Jaime Maclean Fuss, 41, Plum City, who missed a Dec. 22 initial appearance on three retail theft – intentionally take charges.
Ahdronemus Demetric Gooden, 45, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $3,000 signature bond Dec. 22 on OWI-third, operating with PAC-third and resisting or obstructing an officer charges. A status conference is set for 3:30 p.m. Jan. 28.
Nathaniel James Johnson, 36, Brooklyn Center, Minn., pleaded not guilty and posted a $2,000 signature bond Dec. 22 on a theft of library material charge. A status conference is slated for 3:45 p.m. Jan. 28.
Dakota Ray Justice, 30, Elmwood, pleaded not guilty and posted a $5,000 signature bond Dec. 22 on a fourth degree sexual assault (domestic abuse – sexual assault) charge. A status conference is set for 1:45 p.m. Feb. 10.
Gianna Rose Lardani, 24, Prescott, posted a $3,000 signature bond Dec. 22 on felony substantial battery and disorderly conduct charges. A status conference is scheduled for 11:15 a.m. Jan. 27.
Tyler Dean Merkel, 38, Spring Valley, Minn., posted a $2,500 signature bond Dec. 19 on felony possession of narcotic drugs, possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia charges. A status conference is slated for 3:15 p.m. Jan. 20.
Ronald Lee Rowland, 59, Ellsworth, pleaded not guilty and posted a $10,000 signature bond Dec. 22 on four negligently abuse patients – no harm (increased penalty for elder person victim) charges. A status conference is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. Jan. 28.
Steven Robert Seekamp, 55, Somerset, posted a $10,000 signature bond Dec. 19 on a felony bail jumping (repeater) charge. An arraignment hearing is set for 9:15 a.m. Jan. 13.
Benjamin Charles Souster, 53, Ellsworth, posted a $5,000 signature bond on felony bail jumping, misdemeanor bail jumping, possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia charges. A status conference is set for 1:45 p.m. Jan. 5.
Carsen Matthew Stockwell, 22, Ellsworth, pleaded not guilty and posted a $5,000 signature bond Dec. 22 on OWI-second on operating with PAC-second charges. A status conference is slated for 3:30 p.m. Feb. 2.
Bryoni Lynn Eggenberger, 55, Akaska, SD, was sentenced to two years in prison and five years of extended supervision Dec. 19 and fined $518 on a felony theft – business setting > $100,000 charge. A restitution hearing is scheduled for Feb. 10.
A contributing to truancy charge against Ryan Thomas Joy, 39, River Falls, was dismissed Dec. 19 upon completion of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement. The charge stemmed from an Oct. 12, 2023 incident.
Amber Lee Mitchell, 28, River Falls, was convicted of operate without carrying a license and fined $277.80 Dec. 22. The charge resulted from an Oct. 5 incident.
Robert Charles Shaub, 52, Ellsworth, was convicted of felony bail jumping and receiving or concealing stolen property (repeater) charges Dec. 19, sentenced to three years of probation and fined $961. Four operating while revoked (alcohol related), four felony bail jumping, two misdemeanor bail jumping and felony possession of methamphetamine (repeater) charges were dismissed. The charges stemmed from incidents April 23, May 11, June 1, July 7 and Sept. 20.
