Terri Lee Casello, 34, Ellsworth, was ordered to pay $125 cash bond Dec. 4 on misdemeanor bail jumping, felony possession of THC (second+ offense) and 11 felony bail jumping charges. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 3 p.m. Jan. 26.

Elizabeth Regina Crass, 30, Pulaski, pleaded not guilty and posted a $500 signature bond Dec. 8 on an ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order charge. A status conference is slated for 3 p.m. Jan. 12.

Robert W. Edwards, 63, Menomonie, pleaded not guilty and posted a $2,500 signature bond on a knowingly violate a domestic abuse order – temporary restraining order charge. A status conference is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Jan. 13.

Kyle P. Fautt, 48, Hastings, Minn., pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond Dec. 5 on operating while revoked (revoked due to homicide or felony) and ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order charges. A status conference is set for 3:30 p.m. Jan. 6.

Blake Donald Field, 33, homeless, Ellsworth, posted a $10,000 signature bond Dec. 8 on misdemeanor bail jumping and four felony bail jumping charges. A status conference is scheduled for 2:45 p.m. Jan. 13.

Tony Allan Hurlburt, 35, Durand, was ordered to pay $500 cash bond Dec. 11 on felony vehicle operator flee/elude officer, disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) and two felony bail jumping charges. A status conference is slated for 10:30 a.m. Jan. 20.

James Myron Leonard, 31, Ellsworth, posted a $2,500 signature bond Dec. 8 on felony possession of methamphetamine and possess drug paraphernalia charges. A preliminary hearing is set for 2:45 p.m. Jan. 20.

Adam Mattison, 55, Spring Valley, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond Dec. 8 on fail/obtain deer hunting required approval (as party to a crime) and resist conservation warden charges. A status conference is slated for 1:45 p.m. Jan. 26.

Benjamin Charles Souster, 53, Ellsworth, posted a $2,500 signature bond Dec. 8 on felony bail jumping, possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia charges. A status conference is set for 1:45 p.m. Jan. 5.

Jeffery David Steele, 54, Red Wing, Minn., pleaded not guilty and posted a $500 signature bond Dec. 8 on possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia charges. A status conference is scheduled for 2:15 p.m. Jan. 12.  

Christopher Andrew Swanson, 55, Baldwin, pleaded not guilty and posted a $500 signature bond Dec. 8 on possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia charges. A status conference is slated for 2:45 p.m. Jan. 12.

Maria Olga Tene Romero, 34, Baldwin, pleaded not guilty and posted a $500 signature bond Dec. 8 on an operate without valid license (second within three years) charge. A status conference is scheduled for 9 a.m. Feb. 25.

Closed cases

Deandre Amaud Harrington, 31, Brooklyn Park, Minn., was convicted of vehicle operator flee/elude officer, sentenced to three years of probation and fined $518 Dec. 4. Resisting or obstructing an officer, operating while revoked (alcohol related) and ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order charges were dismissed. The charges stemmed from a July 16, 2023 incident.

Noah Alexander Hines, 22, Beldenville, was convicted of possession of THC Dec. 4, sentenced to one year’s probation and fined $443. A possess drug paraphernalia charge was dismissed. The charges resulted from an Aug. 8 incident.

Jesus Arturo Huerta Cano, 26, Ellsworth, was convicted of operate without carrying license and fined $277.80 Dec. 3. The charge stemmed from a May 13, 2024 incident.

Charleston Ronell Ingram, 50, Red Wing, Minn., was convicted of cause bodily harm and fined $377.80 Dec. 4. The charge resulted from a July 7, 2008 incident.

Everett Dale Sarnstrom, 39, Ellsworth, waived extradition Dec. 8 to Dakota County, Minn.

Phillip Gregory Thomas, 41, River Falls, was convicted of battery (domestic abuse) Dec. 3, sentenced to one year’s probation and fined $543. A disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charge was dismissed. The charges stemmed from an Oct. 20, 2024 incident.
