Kody M. Bluel, 21, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond Feb. 19 on misdemeanor bail jumping, possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia charges. A status conference is scheduled for 11:15 a.m. April 7.

Bradley Theodore Strand, 28, Mounds View, Minn., was ordered to pay $1,000 cash bond Feb. 23 on felony take and drive vehicle without consent, misdemeanor bail jumping, disorderly conduct (domestic abuse), violate foreign protection order (domestic abuse) and cause injury/OWI charges. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. April 8.
Txu Yang, 38, Mahtomedi, Minn., was ordered to pay $500 cash bond Feb. 23 on felony possession of narcotic drugs and possess drug paraphernalia charges. A preliminary hearing is set for 11:30 a.m. March 4.
Benjamin Adam Bergh, 45, Ellsworth, was convicted of battery Feb. 19, sentenced to one year’s probation and fined $443. He pleaded no contest to and entered into a deferred judgment of conviction agreement on a felony child abuse – intentionally cause harm charge. The charges stemmed from a Jan. 29, 2025 incident in Ellsworth.
Autumn Jo Marie Hendon, 21, Maiden Rock, was convicted of OWI-second Feb. 23, sentenced to 10 days in jail, fined $1,529 and ordered to undergo an alcohol evaluation and install an ignition interlock device after a 12-month driver’s license revocation. Hendon pleaded no contest to and entered into a deferred judgment of conviction agreement on a possession of cocaine/coca charge. Operating with PAC-second and ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order charges were dismissed. The charges resulted from a May 22 incident.
Alen Badciong, 47, Ellsworth, was convicted of four neglecting a child (specified harm did not occur) charges Feb. 19, sentenced to nine months in jail (329 days credit) and fined $1,068. The charges stemmed from a Feb. 3, 2025 incident.
Richard Thomas Bandow, 42, North Branch, Minn., was convicted of felony possession of methamphetamine Feb. 19, sentenced to two years of probation and fined $518. A disorderly conduct charge was read in for sentencing but dismissed. A possess drug paraphernalia charge was dismissed. The charges resulted from an Aug. 5 incident.
Andrew John Bauman, 59, River Falls, was convicted of operating while revoked (alcohol related) Feb. 19 and fined $443. An ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order charge was dismissed. The charges stemmed from an April 18 incident.
Zander Harold Egan, 20, Stevens Point, was convicted of battery and disorderly conduct Feb. 19, sentenced to one year’s probation and fined $886. An intimidate victim/dissuade reporting charge was dismissed. The charges resulted from an April 26 incident.
A theft of mail (less than 10 pieces, as party to a crime) charge against Anthony James Ewing, 41, Burnsville, Minn., was consolidated into another case Feb. 19. The charge stemmed from a March 7 incident.
Joshua Nathaniel Ihle, 45, Spring Valley, was convicted of operate firearm while intoxicated Feb. 19 and fined $443. The charge resulted from a Jan. 24, 2025 incident.
Joseph Lewis Jackson, 33, Minneapolis, was convicted of operate without carrying license and fined $277.80 Feb. 23. The charge stemmed from a March 9, 2023 incident.
Disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property charges against Christopher Daniel Kammeyer, 34, River Falls, were dismissed Feb. 23 upon completion of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement. The charges resulted from incidents Dec. 2 and Dec. 15, 2024 in River Falls.
June Marie Mann, 65, Ellsworth, was convicted of felony possession of methamphetamine Feb. 19, sentenced to three years of probation and fined $518. Possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia charges were dismissed. The charges stemmed from a July 4 incident.
Levi M. Stelzer, 35, Beldenville, was convicted of battery Feb. 19, sentenced to one year’s probation and fined $267. A disorderly conduct charge was dismissed but read in for sentencing. The charges resulted from an Aug. 30 incident.
