Pierce County Circuit Court: Feb. 25-March 4, 2026

Initial appearances

Jered Michael Chambers, 41, Rosemount, Minn., pleaded not guilty and posted a $2,000 signature bond Feb. 25 on possession of cocaine/coca and possession of THC charges. A status conference is slated for 2:45 p.m. April 7.

Rahab Raquel Colligne, 56, Red Wing, Minn., posted a $1,000 signature bond March 2 on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 3:45 p.m. April 8.

Brent Roland Davis, 20, Prescott, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond Feb. 25 on a battery charge. A status conference is set for 3 p.m. April 7.

Raymond V. Egan, 51, River Falls, posted a $10,000 signature bond Feb. 25 on a felony theft – business setting > $100,000 (increased penalty for elder person victim) charge. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. April 7.

Kevin Daniel Esberner, 27, River Falls, posted a $2,500 signature bond March 4 on felony strangulation and suffocation (domestic abuse), battery (domestic abuse) and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charges. A status conference is slated for 10 a.m. April 8.

Christina Anne Hoyt, 51, Elmwood, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond Feb. 25 on battery and disorderly conduct charges. A status conference is set for 3 p.m. April 7.

Brett Alan Nelson, 44, Ellsworth, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond March 4 on possession of cocaine/coca, possess drug paraphernalia, resisting or obstructing an officer and misdemeanor bail jumping charges. A status conference is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. April 22.

Txu Yang, 39, Minneapolis, waived extradition to Minnesota Feb. 25, where is wanted for three felony charges.

Deferred cases

Jordan Isaiah Battin, 28, River Falls, was convicted of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) March 2, sentenced to one year’s probation and fined $543. He pleaded no contest to and entered into a deferred judgment of conviction agreement on a felony false imprisonment (domestic abuse) charge. The charges stemmed from a July 18 incident.

Brianna Marie Martinka, 29, St. Louis Park, Minn., was convicted of intentionally mistreat animals (repeater) March 3, fined $443 and ordered to pay $84.20 in restitution. She pleaded guilty to and entered into a deferred judgment agreement on a felony possession of methamphetamine (repeater, as party to a crime) charge. A possession of THC charge was dismissed. The charges resulted from a Jan. 21, 2025 incident.

Closed cases

Felony bail jumping and possess drug paraphernalia charge against Jordan Isaiah Battin, 28, River Falls, were dismissed March 2. The charges stemmed from a Jan. 3, 2023 incident.

John William Klug IV, 23, River Falls, was convicted of disorderly conduct and fined $277.80 March 4. The charge resulted from a Dec. 26 incident.

Samuel Lee Ross, 27, Hudson, was convicted of battery March 2, sentenced to one year’s probation and fined $443 March 2. A disorderly conduct (repeater) charge was dismissed. The charges stemmed from a July 1 incident.

Brenda D. Watson, 57, Saint Anne, Ill., was convicted of retail theft – intentionally take March 3, fined $443, and ordered to pay $907.24 in restitution. The charge resulted from a Feb. 23, 2023 incident.
