A bench warrant was issued for the arrest of Abraham Felipe Gomez Diaz, 33, Hudson, who missed a Feb. 4 initial appearance on an operate without valid license (second within three years) charge.
Jason Troy Hill, 50, Stillwater, Minn., pleaded not guilty and posted a $2,000 signature bond Feb. 9 on disorderly conduct (domestic abuse), possession of cocaine/coca and possess drug paraphernalia charges. A status conference is set for 11 a.m. March 23.
Jessica Lynne Hinzman, 44, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $500 signature bond Feb. 5 on an operating while revoked (alcohol related) charge. A status conference is slated for 9 a.m. May 11.
Nicole Matie Plunkett, 33, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond Feb. 9 on battery (domestic abuse), disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) and possess drug paraphernalia charges. A status conference is set for 11:15 a.m. March 23.
Embery Gene Pope Jr., 41, Red Wing, Minn., posted a $5,000 signature bond Feb. 9 on felony threat to cause harm to bodily harm to certain individuals involved with a court or legal system, OWI-third, resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct charges. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. March 31.
Sherry Charlene Wells, 38, Red Wing, Minn., posted a $5,000 signature bond Feb. 9 on a felony possession of narcotic drugs charge. A preliminary hearing is set for 2 p.m. March 31.
Seth Michael Westover, 37, River Falls, posted a $5,000 signature bond Feb. 9 on a felony substantial battery charge. A status conference is slated for 11:30 a.m. March 23.
Austin Daniel Anderson, 25, Baldwin, was convicted of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) and fined $377.80 Feb. 9. The charge stemmed from an Oct. 6 incident.
Daniel T. Brock, 34, Red Wing, Minn., was convicted of OWI-second and possession of cocaine/coca Feb. 10, sentenced to 15 days in jail, fined $2,060 and ordered to undergo an alcohol assessment and install an ignition interlock device after a 12-month driver’s license revocation. Felony possession of narcotic drugs and operating with PAC-second charges were dismissed. The charges resulted from a Feb. 14, 2025 incident.
Trevor Aston Brown, 34, River Falls, was convicted of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) Feb. 10, sentenced to one year’s probation, fined $543 and ordered to undergo a domestic violence assessment. The charge stemmed from a March 2 incident.
Brandy Nicole Coomer, 27, Spring Valley, was convicted of misdemeanor bail jumping and disorderly conduct Feb. 10, sentenced to one year’s probation and five days in jail, and fined $886. Possession of THC, operating while revoked (alcohol related), ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order, possess illegally obtained prescription and possess drug paraphernalia charges were dismissed. The charges resulted from incidents Sept. 9 and Sept. 19.
Dalton John Edward Dohrn, 31, Lake City, Minn., was convicted of financial transaction card – fraudulent use (as party to a crime) June 19, 2017 and sentenced to probation. His probation was revoked Jan. 20 and he was sentenced to three months in jail (46 days credit) Feb. 10. The charge stemmed from a Sept. 8, 2016 incident.
Roy Arnold Fisk Jr., 68, Spring Valley, was convicted of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) Feb. 9, sentenced to 18 months’ probation, fined $543 and ordered to undergo a domestic violence assessment. A battery (increased penalty for elder person victim, domestic abuse) charge was dismissed. The charges resulted from a Nov. 17 incident.
Jacob L. Harris, 19, River Falls, was convicted of possess dangerous weapon – person < 18 Sept. 22 upon revocation of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement. He was sentenced to two days in jail Feb. 9 and may be eligible for expungement. The charge stemmed from a Dec. 19, 2023 incident.
Johnathon Anthony Hruska, 34, River Falls, was convicted of felony vehicle operator flee/elude officer (repeater) Feb. 10, sentenced to three years of probation and 30 days in jail, fined $518 and ordered to pay $1,850 in restitution. A criminal damage to property (repeater) charge was read in for sentencing but dismissed. The charges resulted from a Sept. 27, 2024 incident.
Jacob Joseph Jessen, 47, Prescott, was convicted of OWI-third Feb. 10, sentenced to 14 days in jail, fined $1,844, and ordered to undergo an alcohol assessment and install an ignition interlock device after a 24-month driver’s license revocation. An operating with PAC-third charge was dismissed. The charge stemmed from a Sept. 23, 2023 incident.
Jason Archie Kuk, 44, Chippewa Falls, was convicted of operating while revoked (alcohol related) Feb. 9, sentenced to three days in jail and fined $500. The charge resulted from a Feb. 24, 2024 incident.
Thomas Robert Cody O’Shea, 37, Prescott, was convicted of operate without carrying license Feb. 10 and fined $277.80. An operate without valid license (second within three years) charge was dismissed. The charges stemmed from incidents Sept. 21, and Oct. 24.
Joshua Isaiah Reinhardt, 25, River Falls, was convicted of cause bodily harm and disorderly conduct Feb. 9 and fined $1,225.80. A criminal damage to property charge was dismissed. The charge resulted from a June 5 incident.
A possession of cocaine/coca charge against Hailey Madison Wekkin, 20, Ellsworth, was dismissed Feb. 10 upon completion of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement. The charge stemmed from a May 3, 2024 incident.
Charles Edward Young II, 37, Ellsworth, was convicted of operating while revoked (alcohol related) Feb. 9 and fined $443. A second operating while revoked (alcohol related) charge was dismissed. The charges resulted from incidents Oct. 8 and Feb. 12, 2025.
Joseph J. Zappa Jr., 39, River Falls, was convicted of felony OWI-fourth Feb. 6, sentenced to 29 days in jail (15 days credit) and three years or probation, fined $2,197, and ordered to undergo an alcohol assessment and install an ignition interlock device after a 36-month driver’s license revocation. Felony operate with restricted controlled substance (fourth) and possess drug paraphernalia charges were dismissed. The charges stemmed from a Jan. 28, 2023 incident.
