Initial appearances

Shelly Marie Campeau, 47, River Falls, posted a $10,000 signature bond March 24 on felony bail jumping and operate without valid license (second within three years) charges. A status conference is slated for 11 a.m. April 1.

James Robert Doman, 21, Westboro, pleaded not guilty and posted a $5,000 signature bond March 24 on a resisting or obstructing an officer charge. A status conference is scheduled for 11:45 a.m. April 22.

Troy Nathan English, 44, Newport, Minn., pleaded not guilty and posted a $5,000 signature bond March 24 on a theft-movable property charge. A status conference is slated for 11:30 a.m. April 22.

Macie Ann Fritz, 20, Brooklyn Park, Minn., pleaded not guilty and posted a $500 signature bond March 24 on a possession of controlled substance (as party to a crime) charge. A status conference is scheduled for 1 p.m. April 24.

Reggie Duane Gilbertson, 49, Hudson, posted a $250 signature bond March 24 on misdemeanor bail jumping and operating while revoked (alcohol related) charges. A status conference is set for 4 p.m. May 20.

A bench warrant was issued for the arrest of Brittany Lee Hockert, 32, Medina, Minn., who missed a March 24 initial appearance on OWI-second and operating with PAC-second charges.

Sean Turcotte Kazmierczak, 54, Prescott, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond March 24 on a disorderly conduct charge. A status conference is set for 10:45 a.m. April 22.

Thomas E. Krasky, 64, River Falls, posted a $2,500 signature bond March 24 on felony possession of methamphetamine and possess drug paraphernalia charges. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. April 22.

Donald Paul Kowalsky, 59, Ellsworth, failed to make a March 24 initial appearance on two misdemeanor bail jumping charges. A new initial appearance is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. March 31.

Alexander Grigoryevich Lazarenko, 56, Woodbury, Minn., pleaded not guilty and posted a $15,000 signature bond March 20 on battery (domestic abuse) and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charges. A status conference is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. April 21.

Marsha Lynn Martens, 58, Red Wing, Minn., posted a $10,000 signature bond March 24 on felony possession of methamphetamine and possess drug paraphernalia charges. A preliminary hearing is set for 3:45 p.m. April 10.

Alixis Jasmine Nehring, 18, Amery, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond March 21 on battery (domestic abuse) and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charges. A status conference is slated for 1 p.m. April 22.

Jake Alan Peterson, 37, Woodville, pleaded not guilty and was ordered to pay $500 cash bond March 24 on operate ATV or UTV while intoxicated (first-with passenger under 16) and operate ATV or UTV with PAC (third within five years) charges. A status conference is slated for 1:15 p.m. April 22.

Morgan Ann Rohde, 22, St. Paul, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond March 25 on a possession of THC charge. A status conference is set for 1:15 p.m. May 7.

Juan Carlos Saca Gulan, 31, River Falls, posted a $10,000 signature bond March 24 on OWI-second, operating with PAC-second, misdemeanor bail jumping and operating while revoked (alcohol related) charges. A status conference is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. Sept. 17.

Ryan James Taylor, 47, Red Wing, Minn., posted a $10,000 signature bond on felony possession of narcotic drugs and possess illegally obtained prescription charges March 24. A preliminary hearing is slated for 2 p.m. April 22.

Javier Tecpile Acahua, 28, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $500 signature bond March 24 on an operate without valid license (third within three years) charge. A status conference is set for 9 a.m. Sept. 17.

Deferred case

Caylyn Marie Copeskey, 29, Plum City, pleaded guilty to and entered into a deferred judgment of conviction agreement March 24 on a disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charge. A battery (domestic abuse) charge was dismissed. The charges stemmed from an Oct. 23 incident.

Closed cases

Harley Nathan Cylkowksi, 21, River Falls, was convicted of OWI-second March 24, sentenced to 10 days in jail, fined $1,529 and ordered to complete an alcohol assessment and install an ignition interlock device after a 12-month driver’s license revocation. An operating with PAC-second charge was dismissed. The charges stemmed from a July 20 incident.

Amanda Marie Hinzman, 46, Houston, Minn., was sentenced to one year in jail (with 307 days credit) and fined $518 at a March 24 probation revocation sentencing hearing. Hinzman had been convicted of felony failure to support child Feb. 26, 2019 and sentenced to probation. The charge resulted from a June 30, 2013 incident.

Emily Kathleen Olson, 27, Prescott, was convicted of disorderly conduct and fined $277.80 March 19. The charge stemmed from a Jan. 1 incident.

Michael Charles Schlinsky, 39, River Falls, was convicted of disorderly conduct March 21 and fined $277.80. The charge resulted from a Nov. 2 incident.
