Initial appearances

Cody Neil Clemmens, 47, Elmwood, posted a $2,500 signature bond Feb. 5 on criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct charges. He also posted a $1,000 signature bond on ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order and operating while revoked (alcohol related) charges. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for 2:15 p.m. March 17 in Buffalo County.

Travis Joel Holst, 42, Ellsworth, posted a $10,000 signature bond Feb. 7 on felony bail jumping, operating while revoked (alcohol related) and ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order charges. A status conference is set for 1:30 p.m. Feb. 25.

Joseph Victor Hove, 21, Norway, Mich., pleaded not guilty and posted a $2,500 signature bond Feb. 6 on a disorderly conduct charge. A status conference is scheduled for 10 a.m. March 18.

Demetrius Lamont Nolen, 25, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $100 signature bond Feb. 10 on two retail theft – intentionally conceal and possession of THC charges. A status conference is slated for 1:30 p.m. March 17.

Robert Oscar Quast, 41, Maplewood, Minn., was ordered to pay $250 cash bond Feb. 7 on felony possession of THC (second+ offense) and possess drug paraphernalia charges. A status conference is set for 1:45 p.m. March 18.

Chace Allen Williams, 30, Chetek, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond Feb. 6 on a domestic disorderly conduct (repeater) charge. A status conference is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. March 4.

Deferred cases

Susan Sumiko England, 68, River Falls, pleaded guilty to and entered into a deferred judgment of conviction agreement on a disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charge. The charge stemmed from a Nov. 9 incident.

Jonathan Timothy Peterson, 23, Ellsworth, pleaded guilty to and entered into a deferred judgment of conviction agreement on a disorderly conduct charge. The charge resulted from a July 31 incident.

Hailey Madison Wekkin, 19, Ellsworth, pleaded guilty to and entered into a deferred judgment of conviction agreement on a possession of cocaine/coca charge Feb. 10. A possess drug paraphernalia charge was dismissed. The charges stemmed from a May 3 incident.

Closed cases

Damarie’yea John Bain, 21, River Falls, was convicted of operate without carrying license Feb. 10 and fined $277.80. The charge stemmed from a Dec. 27 incident.

Levi Alexander Bolstad, 19, River Falls, was convicted of operate without carrying license Feb. 10 and fined $277.80. The charge resulted from a Dec. 20 incident.

An interfere with custody after custody order charge against Sara Ann Buss, 42, Plum City, was dismissed Feb. 6 upon completion of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement. The charge stemmed from a Dec. 21, 2021 incident.

A battery charge against Nicholas Malleterre Fullerton, 25, Minnetonka, Minn., was dismissed Feb. 7 upon completion of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement. The charge resulted from an April 5, 2023 incident.

Wanda M. Goulet, 55, Ellsworth, was convicted of operating while revoked (alcohol related) Feb. 10 upon revocation of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement. The charge stemmed from a Jan. 1, 2023 incident.

Malik Lincoln Hilton, 27, Rochester, Minn., was sentenced Feb. 10 to nine months in jail and fined $518 at a sentencing hearing upon revocation of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement on a felony threat or battery to judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer charge. He was also sentenced to nine months in jail (concurrent) and fined $443 upon revocation of his probation related to a disorderly conduct conviction April 15, 2021. The charges resulted from a Sept. 5, 2020 incident.

Wylie Weston Krager, 36, River Falls, was convicted of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) Feb. 5, sentenced to one year’s probation and fined $367. The charge stemmed from an Oct. 30 incident.

A felony bail jumping charge against Troy Dale Marx, 56, New Richmond, was dismissed Feb. 6 before an initial appearance. The charge resulted from an Oct. 24 incident.

Dammon James Miller, 31, Red Wing, Minn., was convicted of operate without carrying license and fined $277.80 Feb. 10. The charge stemmed from a Nov. 22 incident.

Farhia Abu Mohamed, 33, address sealed by judge, was convicted of OWI-second and resisting or obstructing an officer Feb. 5, fined $2,124, sentenced to 30 days in jail and one year’s probation, and ordered to undergo an alcohol assessment and install an ignition interlock device after a 16-month driver’s license revocation. The charges resulted from an Oct. 3, 2022 incident.

Jay Dale Oberg, 45, Ellsworth, was convicted of resisting or obstructing an officer Feb. 5, sentenced to one year’s probation and fined $443. A disorderly conduct charge was dismissed. The charges stemmed from a Nov. 16 incident.

Mitchell Ryan Paulus, 33, Hager City, was convicted of operate without carrying license and possession of drug paraphernalia Feb. 10 and fined $555.60. The charges resulted from an Oct. 24 incident.

A disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charge against Vincent Scott Reese, 60, River Falls, was dismissed Feb. 7 upon completion of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement. The charge stemmed from an Oct. 15, 2022 incident.

A disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charge against Adam Michael Rhedin, 33, Ellsworth, was dismissed Feb. 7 upon completion of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement. The charge resulted from an Oct. 9, 2022 incident.

Angela Jo Weatherford, 51, Rochester, Minn., was convicted of criminal damage to property and fined $443 Feb. 5. A disorderly conduct charge was dismissed. The charges stemmed from a Sept. 8 incident.

Possession of THC and possession of cocaine/coca charges against Daniel Robert Zuehlke, 34, River Falls, were dismissed Feb. 7 upon completion of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement. The charges resulted from an Oct. 21, 2023 incident.
