Pierce County Circuit Court: Jan. 21-26, 2026

Initial appearances

Terri Lee Casello, 34, East Bethel, Minn., was ordered to pay $500 cash bond Jan. 26 on felony criminal damage to property (over $2,500), theft-movable property and four felony bail jumping charges. A preliminary hearing is set for 8:45 a.m. March 11.

William John McRoberts, 58, Hager City, was ordered to pay $100,000 cash bond Feb. 21 on felony repeated sexual assault of same child (at least three violations of first-degree sexual assault), felony child sexual exploitation – video, records etc., felony first degree child sexual assault – intercourse with person under 12 (as party to a crime) and two felony first degree child sex assault – sexual contact or sexual intercourse with person under age of 13 charges. An arraignment is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Feb. 10.

Joshua Jason Reeverts, 29, Beldenville, was ordered to pay $1,500 cash bond Jan. 26 on felony vehicle operator flee/elude officer (repeater), felony OWI-fourth (repeater), two felony bail jumping (repeater), operating while revoked (repeater) and ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order (repeater) charges. A preliminary hearing is set for 2:30 p.m. Feb. 3.

Scott A. Salfer, 60, River Falls, was ordered to pay $500 cash bond Jan. 23 on a felony resist officer – substantial bodily harm/soft tissue injury, resisting or obstructing an officer, operate firearm while intoxicated and carry concealed weapon charges. A status conference is scheduled for 1;30 p.m. Feb. 24.

Damon Sentail Smith, 31, Minneapolis, waived extradition to Minnesota Jan. 23 in three felony cases.

Karen Dianc Spence, 48, River Falls, was ordered to pay $1,000 cash bond Jan. 26 on felony bail jumping and misdemeanor bail jumping charges. A preliminary hearing is slated for 10:30 a.m. Feb. 3.

Patrick Lee Wright, 55, Ellsworth, pleaded not guilty and posted a $500 signature bond Jan. 21 on an operating while revoked (alcohol related) charge. A status conference is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. April 14.

Closed cases

A violate foreign protection order charge against Miguel Angel De Jesus McCormick, 40, Ellsworth, was dismissed Jan. 23 upon completion of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement. The charge resulted from a March 31, 2023 incident.

Jessica L. Delcourt, 34, Mora, Minn., was convicted of county – possession of drug paraphernalia and fined $277.80 Jan. 21. The charge stemmed from a Dec. 18, 2021 incident.

Michael Allen Dworsky, 62, Center City, Minn., was convicted of felony OWI-fourth Jan. 22 at a jury trial, sentenced to 185 days in jail, fined $2,677 and ordered to undergo an alcohol assessment and install an ignition interlock device for one year after a 36-month driver’s license revocation. A felony operating with PAC-fourth charge was dismissed. The charges resulted from a Dec. 19, 2023 incident.

Jeffrey A. Grill, 38, Newport, Minn., was convicted of fail/report to county jail (<10 days) Jan. 26, sentenced to 30 days in jail (four days credit) and fined $443. The charge stemmed from a Jan. 5, 2019 incident.

Jeiss H. Guaman, 16, River Falls, was convicted of operate without carrying license and fined $277.80 Jan. 26. The charge resulted from a Sept. 2 incident.

Daniel John Kukuk, 38, River Falls, was convicted of operate with restricted controlled substance (fifth or sixth) and disorderly conduct Jan. 21, sentenced to 1.5 years in prison and two years of extended supervision and fined $2,211; his driver’s license was revoked for life. Possess drug paraphernalia, possession of THC, felony OWI-fifth/sixth and two felony bail jumping charges were dismissed. The charges stemmed from incidents Oct. 9, 2024, Aug. 31 and Sept. 16.

Adam Robert Lofquist, 51, Ellsworth, was convicted of operate without valid license (second within three years) and felony possession of narcotic drugs (repeater) Jan. 26, sentenced to two years of probation, fined $961 and ordered to undergo an AODA assessment and maintain absolute sobriety. Two felony bail jumping, two operate without valid license (second within three years), felony possession of methamphetamine (repeater), possess drug paraphernalia and three possess illegally obtained prescription (repeater) charges were read in for sentencing purposes but dismissed. A felony bail jumping charge was dismissed. The charges resulted from incidents Nov. 9, 2024, May 24, June 8 and Jan. 11.

Brayden Lee O’Bryan, 22, Prairie Farm, was convicted of disorderly conduct Jan. 26, sentenced to one year’s probation and fined $443. A felony false imprisonment (domestic abuse) charge was read in for sentencing purposes but dismissed. The charges stemmed from a March 28 incident.

Damon Sentail Smith, 31, Minneapolis, was convicted of resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct Jan. 23, sentenced to four months in jail (91 days credit) and fined $886. Felony battery or threat to judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer (repeater), disorderly conduct (increased penalty for elder person victim) and two possess drug paraphernalia (repeater) charges were read in for sentencing purposes but dismissed. Smith also waived extradition to Minnesota on a felony case. The charges resulted from an Oct. 1, 2024 incident.

A disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charge against Mee Yang, 42, St. Paul, was dismissed Jan. 26 upon completion of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement. The charge stemmed from a Nov. 14, 2024 incident.
