Andrew Dominic Cieslak, 24, Prescott, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond Feb. 2 on a disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charge. A status conference is set for 2:30 p.m. March 4.
A bench warrant was issued for the arrest of Clint Rusty Dahl, 35, homeless, Ellsworth, who missed a Jan. 28 initial appearance on a theft – movable property charge.
Kiana Mae Delong, 33, Spring Valley, pleaded not guilty and posted a $5,000 signature bond Jan. 28 on operating while revoked (alcohol related) and ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order charges. A status conference is scheduled for 11:15 a.m. March 2.
Shirley Marge Hockensmith, 46, Rush City, Minn., pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond Jan. 29 on a disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charge. A status conference is slated 1:30 p.m. March 3.
Clarrissa Marranda Ann Massey, 33, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $5,000 signature bond Jan. 28 on OWI-first (with passenger < 16) and operating with PAC-first (with passenger < 16) charges. A status conference is scheduled for 11 a.m. March 2.
Ethan Morgan May, 26, New Richmond, pleaded not guilty and was ordered to pay $150 cash bond Feb. 4 on battery and disorderly conduct charges. A status conference is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Feb. 23.

Angela Jo Weatherford, 52, Pine Island, Minn., pleaded not guilty and posted a $10,000 signature bond Jan. 28 on resisting or obstructing an officer, possession of controlled substance, possession of THC, possess drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct charges. A status conference is set for 2 p.m. Feb. 24.

Mauro Vicente Zhunaula Gonzalez, 39, Baldwin, pleaded not guilty and posted a $500 signature bond Jan. 28 on an operate without valid license (second within three years) charge. A status conference is slated for 8:30 a.m. May 20.

Steven William Anderson, 63, Woodville, was convicted of OWI-second Jan. 28, sentenced to 10 days in jail, fined $1,529 and ordered to undergo an alcohol assessment and install an ignition interlock device after 12-month driver’s license revocation. An operating with PAC-second charge was dismissed. The charges resulted from a July 2 incident.
Knowingly violate a domestic abuse order – temporary restraining order and misdemeanor bail jumping charges against Brandon Cooper Backhaus, 45, River Falls, were dismissed Jan. 30. The charges stemmed from an Oct. 23 incident.
Tyler Allen Berg, 22, Prescott, was convicted of operate without carrying license and fined $277.80 Feb. 2. The charge resulted from a Nov. 10 incident.
James Michael Chapman, 33, Prescott, was convicted of battery Feb. 2, sentenced to one year’s probation and fined $443. Felony false imprisonment, felony strangulation and suffocation and disorderly conduct charges were dismissed. The charges stemmed from an Aug. 16 incident.
Audina Aremi Gomez Lopez, 25, South St. Paul, Minn., was convicted of operate without carrying license and fined $277.80 Jan. 28. The charge resulted from a July 30 incident.
Michael Jon Heil, 45, Hammond, was convicted of operate without carrying license and fined $277.80 Jan. 30. The charge stemmed from a March 30 incident.
Gloria Japon Japon, 35, Ellsworth, was convicted of operate without carrying license and fined $277.80 Jan. 28. The charge resulted from a July 10 incident.
Macey Mae Johnston, 32, Maiden Rock, was convicted of operate without valid license (second within three years) and fined $443 Feb. 2. An operate without valid license (second within three years) charge was dismissed. The charges stemmed from incidents April 3 and April 19.
Ethan David Meissner, 22, Elk Mound, was convicted of disorderly conduct and fined $443 Jan. 29. The charge is eligible for expungement in one year. The charge resulted from a Nov. 27, 2024 incident.
Roman Morales Gomez, 40, Hudson, was convicted of operate without valid license (second within three years) and fined $277.80 Jan. 28. The charge stemmed from a July 16 incident.
Hilary Omelie Ngouajio, 27, Boca Raton, Fla., was convicted of theft – movable property, fined $443 and ordered to pay $303.25 in restitution Jan. 30. Two felony burglary – building or dwelling charges were dismissed. The charges resulted from a Dec. 6, 2024 incident.
Eddy Fernando Sauca Chalan, 23, Baldwin, was convicted of operate without valid license and fined $277.80 Jan. 28. The charge stemmed from a Dec. 9, 2024 incident.
A felony neglecting a child (consequence is bodily harm) charge against Laryssa Rose Taylor, 28, Maiden Rock, was dismissed Feb. 2. The charge resulted from a Dec. 12, 2024 incident.
Latoya Maureen Thomas, 41, Hastings, Minn., waived extradition Feb. 3 to Minnesota, where she is charged with a felony.
Samantha Mae Webster, 25, Elmwood, was convicted of OWI-second Feb. 2, sentenced to 15 days in jail, fined $1,554 and ordered to undergo an alcohol evaluation and install an ignition interlock device after a 14-month driver’s license revocation. An operating with PAC-second charge was dismissed.
