Mark William Nelson, 56, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond Jan. 12 on a disorderly conduct charge. A status conference is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Feb. 17.
Justin A. Philpot, 33, Elmwood, was ordered to pay $2,000 cash bond Jan. 9 on felony use a computer to facilitate a child sex crime, felony soliciting a child for prostitution and felony possession of child pornography charges. A status conference is slated for 9:15 a.m. Jan. 27.
Alexander Lamoyne Stockland, 27, Hastings, Minn., was ordered to pay $500 cash bond Jan. 12 on felony bail jumping (three counts), ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order, operating while revoked (alcohol related) and possess drug paraphernalia charges. A status conference is set for 10:45 a.m. Jan. 20.
Alexander William Wuorenma, 22, Elk Mound, posted a $5,000 signature bond Jan. 8 on felony bail jumping and operate without valid license (second within three years) charges. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:45 a.m. Feb. 10.
Michael Eugene Wyland, 35, Ellsworth, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,500 signature bond Jan. 12 on a disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charge. A status conference is slated for 2:45 p.m. Feb. 10.
Anthony Carter Christofferson, 26, Hastings, Minn., was convicted of misdemeanor bail jumping and resisting or obstructing an officer charges Jan. 9 and fined $1,386. Possession of THC and two resisting or obstructing an officer charges were dismissed. The charges stemmed from incidents Dec. 26, 2019, May 18 and Sept. 6.
An ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order charge against Elizabeth Regina Crass, 30, Pulaski, was dismissed Jan. 12. The charge resulted from an Oct. 18 incident.
Jeremy Jay Marek, 51, Prescott, was convicted of disorderly conduct and fined $443 Jan. 12. The charge stemmed from a Jan. 8, 2025 incident.
An operate firearm while intoxicated charge against Logan Peter Melstrom, 25, Ellsworth, was read in but dismissed Jan. 8. The charge resulted from a March 16 incident.
Samuel Howard Wannebo, 27, St. Paul, was convicted of violate foreign protection order (repeater) and disorderly conduct (repeater, domestic abuse) charges Jan. 9, sentenced to four months in jail (62 days credit) and fined $986. A disorderly conduct (repeater) charge was dismissed. He also waived extradition to Minnesota. The charges stemmed from incidents Nov. 8 and 11.
Jerry Wayne Wilhite, 54, Ellsworth, was convicted of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor bail jumping Jan. 12, sentenced to three years of probation and fined $961. Resisting or obstructing an officer, possess drug paraphernalia, felony bail jumping, misdemeanor bail jumping and possession of THC charges were read in but dismissed. The charges resulted from incidents April 2, May 17 and July 4.
