A bench warrant was issued for the arrest of Demarie’yea John Bain, 21, River Falls, who missed a July 7 initial appearance on operate without valid license (second within three years), possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia charges.
Marius Omega Bennett, 21, Cottage Grove, Minn., was ordered to pay $7,500 cash bond July 8 on felony first degree reckless injury (as party to a crime) and felony substantial battery – intend bodily harm (as party to a crime) charges. A status conference is scheduled for 3 p.m. Aug. 18.
Seth David Black Tail Deer, 23, Morton, Minn., pleaded not guilty and posted a $2,000 signature bond July 7 on OWI-second, operating with PAC-second, possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia charges. A status conference is slated for 2:30 p.m. Aug. 18.
Arentino Ja”Faar Ferguson, 26, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond July 3 on a disorderly conduct charge. A status conference is set for 10:15 a.m. Aug. 19.
Antonio Demontae Fuller, 40, Rochester, Minn., was ordered to pay $500 cash bond July 7 on felony possession of THC (second+ offense), possess drug paraphernalia and resisting or obstructing an officer charges. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for 2:45 p.m. Aug. 18.
Matthew Adam Green-Robinson, 26, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $500 signature bond July 9 on an operating while revoked (alcohol related) charge. A status conference is scheduled for 2:45 p.m. Aug. 21.
Travis Joel Holst, 42, Ellsworth, was ordered to pay $500 cash bond July 7 on felony possession of methamphetamine (repeater), two felony bail jumping (repeater), misdemeanor bail jumping (repeater) and operating while revoked (repeater) charges. A status conference is set for 1:45 p.m. July 17.
Donald Larry Lieffring, 43, Ellsworth, was ordered to pay $250 cash bail July 7 on felony OWI (fifth or sixth), possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia charges. A status conference is set for 8:45 a.m. Aug. 21.
Joshua Jon Malchaski, 43, Bay City, pleaded not guilty and posted a $500 signature bond July 7 on an operating while revoked (alcohol related) charge. A status conference is set for 2 p.m. Sept. 8.
June Marie Mann, 64, Ellsworth, posted a $10,000 signature bond July 7 on felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia charges. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 3:15 p.m. Aug. 19.

Samuel Lee Ross, 27, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond July 2 on battery (repeater) and disorderly conduct (repeater) charges. A status conference is scheduled for 2:45 p.m. Aug. 19.
James Patrick White, 35, St. Paul, posted a $10,000 signature bond July 8 on felony neglecting a child (no harm and child < 6 or disability), possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia charges. A preliminary hearing is set for 2 p.m. Aug. 25.
Jerry Wayne Wilhite, 54, Ellsworth, posted a $1,000 signature bond July 7 on felony bail jumping, misdemeanor bail jumping and possession of THC charges. A status conference is scheduled for 1:45 p.m. July 22.
Mary K. Brown, 40, Durand, was convicted of negligently abuse patients – intentionally cause great bodily harm (increased penalty for elder person victim) July 2 and fined $443. Felony physical abuse of elder person – intentionally cause great bodily harm and felony mayhem, both with the “increased penalty for elder person victim” modifier, charges were dismissed. The charges resulted from a May 27, 2022 incident at Spring Valley Health Care & Rehabilitation.
Joshua Jay Mier, 36, Maiden Rock, was convicted of operate without carrying license and fined $277.80 July 7. The charge stemmed from a May 3 incident.
Martin Arnold Neumann, 35, Ellsworth, was convicted of operate without carrying license and fined $277.80 July 8. An ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order charge was dismissed. The charges resulted from a March 26 incident.
Lakeecha Marie Perkins-Littleton, 41, South St. Paul, Minn., was convicted of possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia July 2 and fined $886. A felony possession of methamphetamine charge was dismissed. The charges stemmed from a Nov. 11 incident.
Patrick Lee Wright, 55, Ellsworth, was convicted of operating while revoked (alcohol related) July 2 and fined $443. An ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order charge was dismissed. The charges resulted from a Sept. 10 incident.
