Charles Michael Finley, 33, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $5,000 signature bond July 14 on OWI-third and operating with PAC-third charges. A status conference is slated for 10:30 a.m. Sept. 2.
Layne Willis Jackson, 25, Elmwood, pleaded not guilty and posted a $250 signature bond July 14 on an operate without valid license (third within three years) charge. A status conference is slated for 10:45 a.m. Sept. 2.
Ethan David Meissner, 22, Elk Mound, pleaded not guilty and posted a $2,500 signature bond July 14 on a lewd, lascivious behavior – exposure charge. A status conference is scheduled for 10:15 a.m. Sept. 2.
Addison Raymond Morehouse, 20, Burlington, posted a $5,000 signature bond July 14 on felony possess with intent – designer drugs, felony possess with intent/deliver prescriptions, possess nitrous oxide – intent to inhale, possession of cocaine/coca and possess drug paraphernalia charges. A preliminary hearing is set for 10 a.m. July 25.
Chase Robert Rejsa, 42, Minneapolis, was ordered to pay $500 cash bond July 14 on felony intentionally subject an individual at risk to abuse – likely to cause great bodily harm (domestic abuse, repeater), felony possession of THC – second+ offense (repeater, as party to a crime), battery (domestic abuse, repeater) and disorderly conduct (repeater) charges. A preliminary hearing is slated for 2 p.m. Sept. 9.
Jesse John Sieben, 45, Prescott, posted a $2,500 signature bond July 14 on a disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charge. An adjourned initial appearance is set for 1 p.m. July 29.
Holly Christine Wundrow, 49, Hager City, posted a $1,000 signature bond July 14 on a disorderly conduct charge. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for 1 p.m. July 29.
Disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) and intimidate victim/dissuade reporting charges against Beau Benjamin Deters, 44, Ellsworth, were dismissed July 11 upon completion of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement. The charges stemmed from an Oct. 5, 2022 incident.
Shawn Billy Goulette, 45, Hager City, was convicted of felony bail jumping and felony strangulation and suffocation (domestic abuse) charges April 18. Felony strangulation and suffocation, two battery, computer message – threaten/obscenity, intimidate victim/use or attempt force and two disorderly conduct, all with the domestic abuse modifier, were read in but dismissed. On July 7, he was sentenced to four years of probation and 90 days in jail and fined $1,036. A three-year prison sentence followed by three years of extended supervision was stayed. The charges resulted from incidents April 9, 2024 and Aug. 8, 2024.
Theresa Ritaann Kapaun, 27, St. Paul, was convicted of possession of THC and fined $443 July 1. A theft – movable property charge was read in but dismissed. The charges stemmed from an Oct. 15, 2024 incident.
Colleen M. Wogernese-Jesberger, 42, Grayslake, Ill., was convicted of theft – false representation July 7, sentenced to one year’s probation, fined $443 and ordered to maintain full-time employment. The charge resulted from an Oct. 19, 2023 incident.
