A bench warrant was issued for the arrest of David Beach Candee, 35, Ellsworth, who missed a June 9 initial appearance on criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct charges.
Joshua Nathaniel Ihle, 45, Spring Valley, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond June 9 on an operate firearm while intoxicated charge. A status conference is slated for 3:45 p.m. July 17.
Russell Louis Neis, 66, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $500 signature bond June 9 on an operating while revoked (alcohol related) charge. A status conference is set for 2:15 p.m. July 22.
Thomas Lee Reinhardt, 57, Plum City, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond June 9 on battery and disorderly conduct charges. A status conference is set for 2 p.m. July 21.
Heidi P. Santos Montes, 35, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and was ordered to pay $200 cash bond June 9 on an operate without valid license (second within three years) charge. A status conference is scheduled for 10 a.m. Nov. 19.
Mark Anthony Smith Jr., 38, West St. Paul, Minn., was ordered to pay $1,000 cash bond June 5 on felony receiving stolen property > $10,000 (repeater), felony take and drive vehicle without consent (repeater) and possess drug paraphernalia (repeater) charges. A status conference is slated for 2 p.m. July 29.
Karen Diane Spence, 48, River Falls, posted a $5,000 signature bond June 9 on felony bail jumping, misdemeanor bail jumping and operate without valid license (second within three years) charges. A status conference is scheduled for 2:15 p.m. July 28.
Frank Earl Whitcomb, 49, Prescott, was ordered to pay $250 cash bond June 5 on felony OWI-fifth/sixth and felony operating with PAC-fifth/sixth charges. An arraignment hearing is set for 9:45 a.m. July 22.
A bench warrant was issued for the arrest of Kimberly Dawn Willard, 52, Spring Valley, who missed a June 9 initial appearance on a disorderly conduct charge.
Bryant Killibrew Sr., 54, homeless, was sentenced to seven months in jail (time served with 165 days credit) and ordered to pay $443 in unpaid court costs at a June 6 probation revocation sentencing hearing. Killibrew was convicted of battery April 16, 2024 and sentenced to one year of probation. The charge stemmed from a Dec. 14, 2023 incident.
A felony battery or threat to judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer charge against Casey Lee Pengra, 24, River Falls, was dismissed June 5 upon completion of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement. The charge resulted from an Aug. 12, 2022 incident.
Anthony Troth Price Jr., 57, Ellsworth, was convicted of felony OWI-fifth/sixth June 5, was sentenced to 1.5 years in prison and three years of extended supervision, fined $1,769, ordered to complete an alcohol assessment and install an ignition interlock device for three years after a three-year driver’s license revocation. A felony operating with PAC-fifth/sixth charge was dismissed. The charges stemmed from a Jan. 10, 2022 incident.
Russell D. Schmieg, 44, Lino Lakes, Minn., was convicted of possess amphetamine/LSD/psilocin and possession of THC May 14. On June 6, he was sentenced to seven months in jail (33 days credit) and fined $609. A possess drug paraphernalia charge was dismissed. The charges resulted from a Nov. 25, 2021 incident.
Levi M. Stelzer, 34, Spring Valley, was convicted of operate without carrying a license and fined $277.80 June 5. The charge stemmed from a Feb. 22 incident.
