A bench warrant was issued for the arrest of Ronald William Berentsen, 53, Red Wing, Minn., who missed a June 16 initial appearance on OWI-third and operate with restricted controlled substance-third charges.
A bench warrant was issued for the arrest of Megan Christine Connelly, 41, Ellsworth, who missed a June 16 initial appearance on felony neglecting a child (no harm and child < 6 or disability), possession of THC (as party to a crime) and possess drug paraphernalia (as party to a crime) charges.
Jeffrey William Gassen, 37, Bloomer, missed a June 16 initial appearance on a resisting or obstructing an officer charge. A new initial appearance is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. July 28.
Jerardo Padilla, 49, St. Paul, pleaded not guilty and posted a $2,000 signature bond June 16 on battery, disorderly conduct and possession of cocaine/coca charges. A status conference is slated for 3:45 p.m. July 28.
Andrew James Brown Pratt, 40, River Falls, posted a $5,000 signature bond June 16 on felony OWI-fourth and felony operating with PAC-fourth charges. A preliminary hearing is set for 8:30 a.m. July 2.
A bench warrant was issued for the arrest of David Wayne Tanner, 39, Clayton, who missed a June 16 initial appearance on a felony battery by prisoners (repeater) charge.
Lyndsey Rae Vaughn, 38, White Bear Lake, Minn., was ordered to pay $250 cash bond June 16 on felony possess with intent – amphetamine/methamphetamine > 10-50 grams (second and subsequent offense), possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia charges. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 2 p.m. July 30.
Rolando Becerra Rivas, 34, Roanoke, Va., was convicted of OWI-second, sentenced to 10 days in jail (one day credit), fined $1,429 and ordered to undergo an alcohol evaluation June 16. He will also be required to install an ignition interlock device after a 12-month driver’s license revocation. An operating with PAC-second charge was dismissed. The charges stemmed from a July 22, 2023 incident.
Battery and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charges against Kevin Duane Crandall, 43, Spring Valley, were dismissed June 16 upon completion of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement. The charges resulted from a Jan. 1, 2024 incident.
Alys Lynn Sue Dearborn, 54, St. Paul Park, Minn., was convicted of county possession of drug paraphernalia and operating while revoked (alcohol related) June 16 and fined $720.80. The charges stemmed from a Sept. 9 incident.
Jim Arthur Duden, 55, Ellsworth, was convicted of operate without carrying a license and fined $277.80 June 16. The charge resulted from a March 14 traffic stop.
Silvia Narcisa Guaman Saca, 31, Ellsworth, was convicted of OWI-first June 10, fined $936.50, ordered to undergo an alcohol evaluation and her driver’s license revoked for six months. Operating with PAC-passenger < 16 and operate without valid license (second within three years) charges were dismissed. The charges stemmed from a June 9, 2024 incident.
A criminal damage to property charge against Patrick J. Kaempf, 35, Granite Falls, Minn., was dismissed June 16 upon completion of a judgment of conviction agreement. The charge resulted from a Feb. 25, 2024 incident.
An operate without valid license (second with three years) charge against Micah Montre Marrison, 25, Red Wing, Minn., was dismissed June 11. The charge stemmed from a July 27, 2021 incident.
Jaylen Tyrese O’Neal, 25, St. Paul, was convicted of operate firearm while intoxicated April 18 when his deferred judgment of conviction agreement was revoked. He was fined $443 at a June 16 sentencing hearing. The charge resulted from a Jan. 28, 2024 incident.
Lary Alan Schuette, 58, Ellsworth, was convicted of operate without carrying a license and fined $277.80 June 10. An operating while revoked (alcohol related) charge was dismissed. The charges stemmed from incidents July 9.
A criminal damage to property charge against Amy Marie Walsh, 48, South St. Paul, Minn., was dismissed June 16 upon completion of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement. The charge resulted from a Sept. 9, 2022 incident.
