A bench warrant was issued for the arret of Juan Alor Calzada, 40, Ellsworth, who missed a March 3 initial appearance on operating while revoked (alcohol related) and ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order charges.
Oscar Stanley Amaya, 35, River Falls, was ordered to pay $10,000 cash bond Feb. 28 on felony theft – false representation > $5,000-$10,000 (increased penalty for elder person victim, repeater), felony possession of narcotic drugs (repeater) and possess drug paraphernalia (repeater) charges. A preliminary hearing is slated for 2 p.m. March 4.
Richard Arthur Garrick, 52, Bay City, was ordered to pay $5,000 cash bond Feb. 28 on seven felony possession of child pornography charges. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. March 7.

Chad J. Hines, 47, Ellsworth, pleaded not guilty and posted a $500 signature bond March 3 on ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order and operating while revoked (alcohol related) charges. A status conference is set for 11:15 a.m. April 3.
Percy Lee Lacey, 62, Ellsworth, was ordered to pay $500 cash bond March 3 on felony OWI-10th, misdemeanor bail jumping, operating while revoked (alcohol related) and ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order charges. A status conference is scheduled for 2:45 p.m. March 18.
Noris Montgomery Vincent Patraw, 27, Hudson, pleaded not guilty and was ordered to pay $200 cash bond March 3 on an operate without valid license (second within three years) charge. A status conference is slated for 11:45 a.m. April 3.
Michelle Dawn Schillinger, 46, Wilson, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond March 3 on an operating while revoked (alcohol related) charge. A status conference is scheduled for 1:15 p.m. April 3.
Karen Diane Spence, 47, River Falls, posted a $10,000 signature bond March 3 on felony second-degree recklessly endangering safety, disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) and operate without valid license (second within three years) charges. A status conference is set for 1 p.m. April 14.
Lucas D. Thiele, 36, Elmwood, pleaded not guilty and posted a $10,000 signature bond March 3 on battery (domestic abuse) and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) charges. A status conference is set for 11:15 a.m. April 8.
Miguel Angel Dominguez, 33, Cottage Grove, Minn., was convicted of disorderly conduct Feb. 26 and fined $443. A battery charge was dismissed. The charges resulted from a Feb. 13, 2021 incident.
Douglas Edward Hanson, 74, Somerset, was found guilty of misdemeanor bail jumping and OWI-third at a jury trial Feb. 27, sentenced to 95 days in jail, fined $2,945, and ordered to undergo an alcohol assessment and install an ignition interlock device for 27 months after a 27-month driver’s license revocation. An operating with PAC-third charge was dismissed. The charges stemmed from a Feb. 26, 2022 incident.
Elias Hernandez Diaz, 48, St. Paul, was convicted of operate without carrying license and fined $277.80 March 3. The charge resulted from a Dec. 27 incident.
Tyanna Marie Hill, 27, Sun Prairie, waived extradition Feb. 26.
Anthony Lamar Newman, 34, River Falls, was convicted of disorderly conduct Feb. 28, sentenced to one year’s probation and fined $693. Felony substantial battery – intend bodily harm (as party to a crime) and resisting or obstructing an officer charges were dismissed. The charges stemmed from a May 12 incident.
Brandon Lynn Walker, 38, Ellsworth, was convicted of felony strangulation and suffocation (domestic abuse) Feb. 13 upon revocation of a deferred judgment of conviction agreement, sentenced to nine months in jail and fined $618. The charge resulted from a Jan. 23, 2024 incident.
