Initial appearances

Lyle Irving Carrick, 25, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $2,500 signature bond March 10 on a disorderly conduct charge. A status conference is slated for 8:45 a.m. April 10.

A bench warrant was issued for the arrest of Mary Jane Cincowksi, 62, Deer Park, who missed a March 10 initial appearance on a felony financial transaction card – fraudulent use  > $10,000 charge.

Halee Dakota Frank, 20, Reedsburg, pleaded not guilty and posted a $10,000 signature bond March 10 on battery and disorderly conduct charges. A status conference is set for 11:15 a.m. April 10.

Bartley John Gorman, 33, Fort Worth, Texas, was ordered to pay $2,500 cash bond March 10 on a felony aggravated battery – intend bodily harm charge. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. April 14.

Elizabeth Ann Lencowski, 22, Stillwater, Minn., pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond March 10 on a disorderly conduct charge. A status conference is set for 2:30 p.m. April 7.

Peter Jon Martinson, 55, River Falls, pleaded not guilty and posted a $10,000 signature bond March 10 on disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) and disorderly conduct charges. A status conference is scheduled for 11 a.m. April 10.

Sara Elisa Milhaupt, 44, Hastings, Minn., pleaded not guilty and was ordered to pay a $350 cash bond March 10 on criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct charges. She was also ordered to have no contact with Prescott Tap. A status conference is slated for 2:30 p.m. April 8.

Breanna Jean Overland, 38, Prescott, posted a $10,000 signature bond March 5 on felony possession of narcotic drugs, possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia charges. A preliminary hearing has yet to be scheduled.

Jack Owen Pedersen, 22, Savage, Minn., was ordered to pay $500 cash bond March 10 on a felony stalking charge. A preliminary hearing is slated for 10:30 a.m. May 8.

Cody Jens Rieck, 28, Red Wing, Minn., pleaded not guilty and posted a $10,000 signature bond March 10 on battery (repeater) and disorderly conduct (repeater) charges. A status conference is slated for 2 p.m. April 21.

Andrew Jeffery Rother, 32, Hager City, pleaded not guilty and posted a $1,000 signature bond March 10 on a possession of THC charge. A status conference is scheduled for 2:45 p.m. April 7.

Benjamin Charles Souster, 52, Ellsworth, was ordered to pay $500 cash bond March 5 on misdemeanor bail jumping, operate without valid license (third within three years) and three felony bail jumping charges. A hearing is set for 3:30 p.m. April 18.

Deferred case

Scott Robert Boehland, 34, Prescott, pleaded guilty to and entered into a deferred judgment of conviction agreement March 7 on a disorderly conduct charge. The charge stemmed from a Dec. 31 incident.

Closed cases

Andrew John Bauman, 57, River Falls, was convicted of felony OWI-fourth March 10, sentenced to 60 days in jail, fined $1,919 and ordered to install an ignition interlock device after a two-year driver’s license revocation. Felony operating with PAC-fourth, felony bail jumping and resisting or obstructing an officer charges were dismissed. The charges resulted from incidents Sept. 20, 2023 and July 5, 2024.

A theft – movable property charge against Deirdre Elizabeth Davis, 68, Eugene, Ore., was dismissed March 7. The charge stemmed from an Oct. 13, 2012 incident.

Juan David Diaz Hernandez, 23, Hudson, was convicted of operating while revoked (alcohol related) March 5 and fined $443. An ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order charge was dismissed. The charges resulted from an Aug. 13 incident.

An operate without valid license (second within three years) charge against Teresa Hernandez Alvarez, 54, Ellsworth, was dismissed March 5. The charge stemmed from an Aug. 9 incident.

Two operating while revoked (alcohol related) charges against Jose Miguel Hernandez Gomez, 24, St. Paul, were dismissed March 5. The charges resulted from incidents Sept. 18 and Dec. 6.

Felony bail jumping, felony possession of methamphetamine, and misdemeanor bail jumping charges against Richard Scott Heschke, 44, Bay City, were dismissed March 10. The charges stemmed from a Nov. 2 incident.

Trisha E. Knox, 30, New Richmond, was convicted of attempt entry into locked coin box (as party to a crime) March 10, sentenced to one year’s probation, fined $443 and ordered to stay away from The Laundry Room in River Falls. The charge resulted from an Aug. 3, 2023 incident.

Misdemeanor bail jumping and operate without valid license (second within three years) charges against Juventino Mendez Manzanares, 38, Ellsworth, were dismissed March 5. The charge stemmed from a July 13 incident.

Balerian Monroy-Angeles, 44, Independence, was convicted of operate without carrying a license and fined $277.80 March 5. The charge resulted from a Feb. 22, 2024 incident.

A disorderly conduct charge against Devan Charles James Nelson, 24, River Falls, was dismissed March 10 because Nelson is deceased. The charge stemmed from a Nov. 6 incident.

Rosa M. Quiahua Itehua, 32, Baldwin, was convicted of operate without carrying a license and fined $277.80 March 5. The charge resulted from an Aug. 10 incident.
